He claimed that he thought the appt was the day before, either way, I was home all day, no one called or texted. He said he tried, but neither went through. I gave him another chance, we set a time for Monday, the next day. At 1:20pm I got a text confirming he would be there at 3pm. No one showed. He never answered the phone or returned my text to see if everything was ok. I sent a long text the next day, no response at all. This is low bar for professionalism. He doesn't show up, can't return a call or text, why even bother. So very disappointed!
