I was so impressed with the office from the staff, to the decor, to the time allotted for my appointment. Marge, Dr. Kassouf's assistant, is terrific. She is a sweet lady and is very thorough in her instructions and discussion. I found Dr. Kassouf to have a great bedside manner and she explained the CO2 laser in plan English, which I appreciated. Initial consultation fee with Dr. Kassouf is not covered by insurance and it costs $60. Went back for the CO2 laser resurfacing and I just love Dr. Kassouf. She did an amazing job resurfacing the divot on my nose. Each day as it heals it looks better and better!

I went in for a first time appointment to look at an ingrown hair and was forced to hear all of Dr. Fox's terrible opinions on politics pulled right from Fox News. Everything from immigrants coming into this country to how great of a job Trump did as President. Really would have rather talked about medical stuff rather than conspiratorial talking points. Very unpleasant experience overall even if Dr. Fox seems like a nice but mislead man.
