You get the feeling immediately that they like their job and are treated well there. This office aims to run on time and not have patients waiting. They do that very well. Once in the room for my procedure, feeling vulnerable bc only partially clothed. MA Jasmine did an impeccable job of assisting me through that process. She was confident, kind and an excellent communicator and probably the reason why I am writing this review today. When Dr. Haber came in. It was go time. Purpose: I went to this location for a scalp condition that was causing me to lose hair all throughout my crown. The hair was sparse, itched a bit, and made me sad. Interaction with Physician: The physician was kind, attentive and concerned. Everything you want to feel when meeting with someone who you've decided should be in charge of your care. He gave me a recommendation based on the very short observation he made of my scalp. (That's why it was cheap I guess.) Observation being completed, I went out to pay for my services. Plus two stars!! Honesty: I gave insurance information for my visit and later received a letter asking for $328!!! After speaking to the receptionist to find out why it wasn't the $100 she initially stated, I was still left in awe as she couldn't even explain why the price was 3x more than what was expected. My trust is completely lost in this business and I will NEVER go again. Minus all stars!!!! Not even one! OVERALL REVIEW: Be careful when going here Yelpers. I don't know the reason for the change in price but I think it might have been because they were trying to get all they could from my insurance. It turned out to be a complete waste of time and money…read more I have had laser hair removal done before in California, and when he heard that he was hesitant to undertake any treatment. I brought my medical records from San Francisco and still he wasn't sure what to do. This had never happened to me before -- my skin is pretty east to treat and the doctor in CA had no issues whatsoever. Finally, after wasting my time with two appointments and no action, Dr. Haver started the laser procedure and it had zero effect. Money completely went down the drain and I am definitely looking for a more decisive and efficient doctor.
