    She was not nice and was condescending the whole time. She made me feel like i was wasting her time even though i needed help.

    I've been going to Dr Kaesler for 20 years. She is an excellent doctor and takes very good care of me. The staff are very nice.

Yet recently the receptionist, Aricelly, makes Dr Yu look like the worst Dr ever! I've been having a cough for 10 days now and Aricelly took information down regarding my symptoms and not one appointment has been made to see me. I took covid tests through work to make sure it was not that and got negative 2x. It takes a few days for her to get back to me with what Dr Yu said. I was prescribed zitromax without being seen in person, not even ONE assessment was made. This is why the community gets C.diff or resistant bacteria because of wrongly prescribed antibiotics without even an assessment. Aricelly is rude over the phone. I asked for a doctor's note for missing work since Monday 9/13 and I was told it would be completed the following day. It is now 9/15 and I still haven't received the doctor's note and on top of that I was barely told that I had to pay $75 for a note. When I asked for a refund after already being seen by urgent care properly, I was told I was not able to because Dr Yu already wrote the letter. So where is this fucking letter. Receptionist always say they are busy with clients but Everytime I wait their in their clinic there is NO ONE waiting in the office. Aricelly is just very dishonest. When I asked to speak to the manager, she claims she is the manager, when a day ago I spoke to a different person as the manager. This office needs to get rid of this Aricelly. Dr Yu has been amazing but the staff around him makes him look like the worst PCP.

Her thoroughness exceeded my expectations, and she went above and beyond by referring me to an endocrinologist and ophthalmologist. It has been quite some time since a doctor spent over an hour examining me. Typically, I find myself waiting longer for the doctor than the actual appointment itself. This experience, however, was the complete opposite. Dr. Nguyen Oghalai explained everything in meticulous detail. She clarified that various conditions of arthritis exist, and it would require more than just the first visit to accurately determine my specific arthritic condition. I would wholeheartedly recommend Dr. Nguyen Oghalai.

I came in looking for answers and support regarding my health concerns, but instead I left feeling uncomfortable, dismissed, and emotionally distressed. There was a clear lack of compassion and patient care, which made the entire visit upsetting. Healthcare professionals should treat patients with respect and empathy, and unfortunately that was not my experience here.

Additionally, although Dr. Beeve seems nice, in the 4-5 years our elderly family member has been his patient, he never ordered a blood panel for her yearly or semi-annual Physical. We just realized this, and had to ASK for the blood panel. Poor communication with the woman at the front desk in relation to where the Lab was located, how the order for the blood panel would be obtained, etc. and she had an "attitude" over the phone. We received the results of the blood panel and many things are out of range! I am sure some of these issues could have been addressed several years ago if a blood panel had been ordered by the doctor back then! As a relative of the patient, I was told I would not be able to communicate with their office on behalf of the patient without filling a form out. With my elderly relative in the car, I walked up to the office, filled the form out and left to have her/him sign it and immediately went back into the office and handed the form to the unfriendly person at the desk. I went back to the car and within minutes received a nasty phone call from that person at the desk, accusing me of signing for my relative who was in the front seat of the car. My relative was angry and told that woman that it was fine that that was signed. I'm disgusted with the doctor and the staff at this office. We have also had issues with getting prescriptions filled and me running back-and-forth to CVS because we were told they were filled when they were not. This happened several times in one day.
