I'm very confused by a doctor's office that doesn't have the basic tests available to diagnose illnesses - It seems like this would be an integral part of the job. The last thing Is that they told me they could do an in-house breast ultra sound with their technician because I had had some irregular results in the past and didn't want to go all the way to Beverly Hills to see my regular breast doctor. But, I never received the results from this. While the bedside manner is lovely, the actual execution of effective medicine is yet to be seen.

Her thoroughness exceeded my expectations, and she went above and beyond by referring me to an endocrinologist and ophthalmologist. It has been quite some time since a doctor spent over an hour examining me. Typically, I find myself waiting longer for the doctor than the actual appointment itself. This experience, however, was the complete opposite. Dr. Nguyen Oghalai explained everything in meticulous detail. She clarified that various conditions of arthritis exist, and it would require more than just the first visit to accurately determine my specific arthritic condition. Dr. Bracht is a great listener and thoughtful in his approach to care. Like a good coach he takes notes.
