Pam greeted us with a smile and immediately started to love on our 3 dogs. She gave the dogs and us a tour of the facility, made sure all 3 understood the doggie door and went above and beyond to make sure they were comfortable before we left. Knowing Cindy had concerns I was still sceptical, we get in the car to leave and her first comment was "Oh my gosh I am so relieved." We have since used Howl Hotel on a couple other occasions, if you need your furbabies cared for while you are away Pam and her staff are most definitely the place to go!! Keep up the awesome work!!

Doctor Syler and her entire staff were so very kind, compassionate and caring. The Vet techs were so very loving with our little Toto and she was very comfortable with them and the way they handled her. For that we are thankful. Doctor Syler was so very easy to talk to. She answered all of our questions and put some concerns to rest as well. She also made some very good recommendations in regard to dental care for our little one as well. After arriving home, my children noticed the bottom of his butt and the back of his legs were bear skin. We do not and have never shaved our aussies. I went back to dreamy dogs and asked why they did that to my dog. I was told that his hair was matted, which is not true. Then I was told that by the MANAGER that I was committing animal cruelty, because my dogs hair was mattes I did inform the manager that I have actually put people in jail for animal cruelty and The manager was simply trying to find a way out of their wrongdoings. Mind you while I'm speaking to the manager. She's got a toddler hanging from her neck the entire time. We own a pet concierge service in the area and we will be using one of the local groomers recommended by her clients. The manager was unprofessional

I got an email confirming a 4 PM appointment, and Emily, the same person from the phone and chat, told me to bring Manny a GSD in. At 4 PM, they took us to a room where we spoke to a tech, who said someone would be with us shortly. She came back to look at him and asked if we wanted an X-ray for $175 (still no vet yet) or a physical from the doctor. We chose the physical, and she said the doctor would be in soon. By 5:21, she returned to apologize, saying there's only one doctor for 10 rooms. Can you say greed? We turned around and left. The waiting room still had 10 people trying to get into one of those rooms. I don't care how many doctors or rooms you have; that's your problem. If they told me to be there at 1 AM, I'd be on time. I'd heard good things in the past, which is why I chose this place, but now that they're in the big new building, their service is going downhill. Word will get around, just like in other reviews I've seen. Terrible service!
