Pet owners need to be aware that this place and possibly others will leave you with just a "Sorry that this happened"!response if your dog is injured. I picked a level 5 but the owner talked me into a level 4 since it'll be easier to manage the shedding with. When I called and made the appointment, I told the lady I did not want him shaved or cut too short. When I arrived I told the lady 4 times that: 1. I've never had a dog groomed before so a professional recommendation would be appreciated. 2. Do not shave MY DOG!!! I want to keep him longer just trim all the wispy hairs up and give him an GOLDEN CUT. I kid you not... I picked him up and he is SHAVED!!! All but his tail was touched. I was at a loss of words. We called after I got home and now the owner is arguing with us and refuses to believe he really is that short. She also told me it was MY fault because I "pointed" at the board when the cut lengths. As a professional... would you advise if cuts were against what the customer asked for? Wouldn't you guide them in something that's new to them but THEIR PROFESSION?!? I will never return and will forever warn people about the incompetence running wild through this facility. His undercoat has been damaged. His hair texture has completely changed. His coat doesn't grown back in curly anyone (my favorite part and the whole reason I don't want him shaved). Our vet advised us, it won't ever grow back the same and will take at least two years to fix the damage they caused. This is your warning- do yourself a favor and STAY FAR AWAY!!!

They didnt even start him until almost 6 and we picked him up at 7PM. When we got there we noticed his eye was watering abnormally, we asked why and they said oh he just wants to go home. Well within the hour his eye was swollen shut!!! They even said he was perfect and didnt move. So how does this happen? And to play it off as if nothing happened instead of being honest. On top of this it was 50 dollars for the worst haircut I've ever seen. My 8 year old niece could do better. Should've known, the place is dirty and trashy. Never take your animals here please.

Above and beyond! I took my dog there because my regular vet was closed. My guy was lethargic and…read morenot himself. Turns out he was running a fever and of course it was Friday. Dr Barlow gave him IV antibiotics and suggested I leave him hospitalized. On Saturday he was doing a bit better and Dr Barlow suggested he stay the weekend to continue treatment. But not in a cage at the office, but she TOOK HIM HOME so he would be more comfortable in a home environment and with her three dogs. Wow! That's dedication and compassion. I'm so glad they were open and available for my fur baby when I needed help.

Natasha did such a great job grooming my 2 chihuahua mixes. She gave them both baths, did their…read morenails and glands all for $40 total. She took about 45mins with both the dogs and they look/smell great! Im very hesitant with who i trust my dogs to. I could tell right away they were happy and in good hands. When i arrived to pick them up they were in good spirits and happy. She connected really well with my dogs and they trusted her 100%. I will be back.
