I will definitely be back at this office for my next cleaning. The only downside--you have to book early. It took nearly a month for an open appointment slot.

I was a patient of Dr. Lue for about 10 years. He placed a couple of dental implants for me and was…read moremy regular dentist for twice-yearly visits. However, after one implant was placed, the pain never completely went away. The implant was always loose and, at one point, the crown actually fell out. I made an appointment to see Dr. Lue and brought the tooth with me. He dropped it on the floor, sprayed it with something, rinsed it under water, and then put it back into my mouth. Over the years, I repeatedly complained about pain and problems with that implant. I was told it was my fault for not wearing a bite guard that would have cost hundreds of dollars, along with ongoing adjustment appointments. My husband and I eventually decided to seek a second opinion. Although I changed dentists, the pain continued. Last week, my current dentist examined the implant and told me it appeared to be failing and needed to be evaluated by an oral surgeon. The oral surgeon discovered a massive infection that had destroyed so much bone that there was only a paper-thin barrier left between the infection and my sinus cavity. The infection was so severe that both implants on that side had to be removed. I underwent surgery to remove the infection, clean out the diseased bone, and have bone grafting material and a membrane placed in an attempt to rebuild the area. Even after all of that, there is no guarantee I will ever be able to have implants placed on that side again. Dr. Lue is a nice man, but in my opinion, he cut corners and failed to properly address ongoing problems that I repeatedly brought to his attention. As a result, I have suffered years of pain, extensive bone loss, major surgery, and potentially permanent damage.

He had all this up to date equipment so I figured he knew what he was doing. Not so. He did the wrong tooth. Not only that, he gave me like 5 shots. As he was doing them he told me I would feel a pinch and the assistant kept saying aha, aha. I had to go to an endodontist to get a root canal on the correct tooth. I went back to Dr Sood's office to get a refund since he did the incorrect tooth, he would not do so. It was not a good experience for me.

They said we were wasting their time by taking up an appointment slot and should have just paid out of pocket. The wife of the dentist confirmed on the phone that the insurance was approved and they would be able to fix my cracked tooth. She claimed once we were there that she said never said such a thing. One of the keys to customer service is making sure you communicate and don't over promise your customer they failed on that count. Don't trust what they tell you on the phone!!!
