I use their dry cleaning services on a regular basis and my wool sweaters and blankets always come back fresh, clean, and without any chemical smells. They also have alteration and sewing services. I have had taken several items in for repair and two items in for alterations and the seamstress performed the repairs/alterations perfectly. My washer broke and I had to take my clothes to Cedar Glen laundromat. I wasn't sure what to expect considering some of the bad reviews. I went on a Saturday around 5pm it wasn't too crowded maybe about 5 people. Since I never went there before I wasn't too familiar with the machines, I used the very first ones at the entrance those are for 40lb 4 loads washes which I didnt need. The owner John was there and gave me a walk through of the different machine loads and prices I didnt realize they were all different they all looked the same to me. I appreciated John taking the time to tell me what machine was best for my size load. I should have asked him before I used the heavy duty machine that would have saved me on alot of coins. The place was clean and it has alot of machines. The change machine worked and there is also a machine that sells laundry soap. John told me if I ever have a problem with the machines when hes not there to give him a call or text and he'll help me out or return my money if needed His # is posted on the wall if anyone has any issues they can call. First time here, washed my clothes, threw it in the dryer, struggled to put my fifth quarter when a gentleman that works here came out immediately to show me how to do it correctly (sometimes facing quarter a certain way allows machine to scan it correctly) he put one of his own quarters in, and did not allow me to pay him back. The people who work here are very friendly. It's clean and I didn't have to wait to use the machines. It's $4.75 per load for the smallest washers. You have to add however many quarters you'd like to the dryers before turning them on. Once on they'll take quarters but, at least the 2 I used, didn't recognize the additional amount added. read more

We needed to do some large items so we came to this laundry mat which I believe is the only one in the Lake Arrowhead areas of the best my knowledge . It was nothing less than a great experience as we got all these large items done in about an hour and a half . I had a Cal King comforter that needed washing. Since it was too big to fit in my top loading washer in the cabin, I took it down the mountain to wash at home. On my way home I noticed a brushfire starting in the hills to the east of my city. After I got home I did laundry while keeping an eye on the fire's progress. When the big comforter was in my washer, we were given mandatory evacuation orders, so I hauled the comforter out of the wash soaking wet, stuck it in a plastic bag, and took it back up the mountain. I came to Cedar Glen Laundromat to finish the cleaning and drying process. Arlene was a huge help to me, choosing the machines that would work with such a big, heavy load. She and this cheerful, clean laundromat are brightening my comforter and my day. read more

Do not go here unless you want to pay an arm and a leg to do your laundry. Basic machines START at $4.25 a load. I did one load of whites and not only did they not come out clean... 2 of my shirts ended up with holes in them. Don't waste your time, drive down the mountain. read more

This is a great clean local laundromat. The cost to wash and dry clothes is reasonable but it always seems that almost half the washing machines are always out of service. Also make sure you save a quarter just in case you have to use the restroom...because you have to insert a quarter to unlock the door. read more

Staying in Crestline but the laundromat there had such bad reviews I came straight to this one. It is definitely very clean. There was a woman cleaning the whole time I was there. There were a lot of machines that were out of order and at some points there were people waiting for machines. There are no seats inside, but they do have two benches outside. Most people seemed to just wait in their car. I must admit I was a bit turned off by a sign posted on the door that had rules listed and the first one was "leave your children at home." As a stay-at-home mom, that was off-putting. Luckily my husband is working from home these days so I didn't have my kids with me. But it made me wonder if they would have not let me in if I had my children with me! read more

We were camping at Dogwood and our sleeping bags were filthy. Stopped here and it's the cleanest laundromat I've ever been to! They have huge front loading machines, the biggest one is in the back and we could fit our sleeping bags and sheets in it. So glad to have found this place. I come here every other week to wash and dry,beats taking stuff home to orange county from green valley and lugging it back. Often very friendly people here too you can chat with here. They have a good variety of machines here. The older dryers toward the front work much better than the newer ones in the back. read more

My dirty clothes are cleaner than this place! Needs tons of cleaning and repairs. Busted dryer glasses and dirty laundry sitting inside barrel. Washers are filthy. Light fixtures are FULL of dead bugs. This place is filthy. I understand it's a laundry mat, but having over filled clogged fabric softener. Running into the bleach compartment. They need to take the money from the machines and hire someone to keep this place up. No towels to dry hands off in restroom. Just nasty! read more

We just moved form Santa Monica to the beautiful Lake Arrowhead mountain, I went to Cedar Glen Laundromat and unfortunately I got a lemon washing machine and lost some coins, left a message for John and he sent me $5 for the money lost and a hand written note, I felt so bad as I am from the city and I am used to businesses not being "so nice" he was the best and I called and apologized for not being "nice"! It's a little hard to find, but a great find it is. Awesome customer service and prices comparable to what you'd find down the mountain. Items go out and come in on Tuesdays and Thursdays. Dropped a leather and wool jacket off on Thursday and picked it up on Tuesday night. Last time I wore it two years ago, I was a heavy smoker, and when I picked it up, there wasn't a trace of smoke, ash, etc. Looked perfect and smelled new. The courtesy call they give when your items are ready is a huge plus if you're busy and on the go like we are. read more

It's so convenient to drop dry cleaning off to them so you don't have to go all the way down the hill. They did a beautiful job fixing the dirtied strap on a favorite white dress. After getting tired of the flooded floors, filth, uneven floors, lack of parking, meth addicts, migratory homeless, jerk owner, and junkies doing drugs in the building, parking lot and outside of the laundromat in Crestline I decided to try Cedar Glen Laundromat. When I came in I was greeted by the owner John who was very nice and showed me around. What I saw was a nice clean place with families. There is plenty of parking and lots of room to fold your close and sit either inside or out. The real good news is that do offer DRY CLEANING AND FLUFF AND FOLD. Ceder Glen Laundromat is more pricey then Crestline but as least it is SAFER and you do not have to step over meth heads drug paraphernalia on the stairs. read more

I would give 5 stars because the laundromat is really very nice and clean and as far as laundry goes I was very satisfied. The reason that I knocked off one star is that I used the 6 capacity mega-commercial machine for my huge California King sized bedspread. There were no instructions on how much detergent to use. So I went to the dry cleaning office, but the door was locked (it was during their posted business hours). I needed to buy the detergent from their dispensing machine. So I figured if a regular 1 capacity size takes one box, then a 6 capacity machine would take 6 boxes. I put in 6 boxes and started the machine. As I walked around checking the place out I saw a sticker on a 3 capacity machine that had a sticker saying to use only one box! Uh oh, I knew I made a terrible mistake by putting in 6 boxes. I thought "oh well, I sure wish they had put a sticker on my 6 capacity machine telling me only to use 2 boxes". So I went to the dry cleaning office (now open) and all I did was tell the lady there that it would be a great suggestion to put stickers on the machines to indicate how much detergent to use. I said it in a very nice, polite way. So I don't know why she took it as some sort of personal attack. She got very defensive and offered me my money back. And I said, "oh no, it's not about the money, I just thought it would be nice if the owner put instructions either on the machines or on the detergent dispensing machine on how much detergent to use, especially the big ones". I am one of those people that writes reviews, so I always want to give 5 stars and if there is something I can suggest to the owner to make a good business even better, I do. Anyway, the owner came out into the parking lot with a look on his face like he was ready to argue (I guess his employee made me out to be problematic or something). Anyway, I explained that I was just giving customer feedback and that was all and I reiterated that it would be nice if the big machines had instructions on how much detergent to use. He then calmed down and told us there was still going to be soap in the bedspread. He offered to re-rinse it and we accepted his offer. He packaged it nicely and even delivered it to us near our home. I would have given this business 3 stars, but because he re-rinsed (to get the soap out) and packaged it nicely and delivered it to us, I bumped it back up to 4 stars. I will definitely use this laundromat again. read more
