This was the first time in a very long time I've been to a laundromat and was pleasantly surprised with the cleanliness, high quality commercial equipment and the employees who helped get a newbie started. Got all my laundry washed, dried in folded in less than two hours...amazing! Only mistake I made was not noticing that each of the larger washers could hold up to four baskets of laundry. That is great customer service in my opinion, especially coming from the owner. Waited the weekend and on Saturday, I picked up my pants. As a kind gesture, and gave me a lint removal roller. My overall experience was great, the customer service I received from Michelle to correct the situation was outstanding and they did a great job on cleaning my pants.
