So thorough was he, that it was a two-hour visit in all. He inspected both facilities from inside the house and on top of the roof. He spent a fair amount of time evaluating how best to remedy the mantel, which is not affixed. He took a tour of my crawl space and inspected the boiler vent. He took a courtesy peek at a second fireplace in the house (though that was unscheduled). He even surveyed the property to determine the best place to store a cord of firewood. At all times, he was professional, informative and polite. He is quite knowledgable and articulates his findings in layman's terms, with an intent to have his customer fully understand the scope of the recommended work. He is extremely safety-minded and presented me with photographic proof of the damage he found. He provided me with a printed evaluation, on the spot, of clear and existing fire hazards in this house, and a comprehensive estimate for necessary repairs. When I am able to make such repairs, I will certainly call upon this company to handle the job, based upon Matt's overall presentation. He conveyed a sense of confidence in his capability regarding his field. The fee for the visit was less than expected, as it was decided not to do the cleanings at this time. For the time he spent and the detail he relayed, the cost was well worth it compared with the potential catastrophe of a house fire.

I called to schedule and a lady named Taylor said she's call me back. As she called back she said they were over an hour away from our property and refused to go back stating Choice Warranty wanted them to do the work for free. The issue with our heating was never fixed by them, their technician doesn't know what he's doing and they refused to return and fix the problem. We have not received a diagnosis or anything from them. Their customer service is not good either as the lady was rude and treated me as if I was asking for free services when all I did was call to schedule service as advised by the warranty company.

Don't let them say this is what we do for a living. They might but you wouldn't know it. I had a…read morefurnace installed big mistake. Air leaks in the bottom. They didn't change thermostat or check the settings on my old one to match with new furnace. Furnace would not run long enough to heat anything. All to do with thermostat that they said they were going to change. Didn't screw furnace down to floor. Didn't re insulate the pipe going through the ceiling. But check out photos of my roof. You think they might have at least used roof screws on the roof. Cost me $2000 to have fixed. Had to have there furnace removed and replaced. Putting together the small claim suit now. They did refund on the furnace but will not do anything to cover roof repairs.

In our case, the flimsy paint on our cabin peeled here and there and she took a chip of it, matched it and touched it up. Her rates are quite reasonable for the quality and care of her service.
