Needed an emergency furnace repair and called Sunrise to come out and fix it. Chris, one of the…read moreowners, was very prompt and replaced the blower motor. However, something was off the next day and I called them to come back. Chris came back and adjusted something saying to call if there was another issue. A week later the furnace had an issue and wasn't working again. Called and spoke to Linda who said she'd call back with a time someone could come out. She called back six hours later to say they wouldn't be coming and didn't offer up another day for them to and fix the furnace. I had to call another repair man who came out to fix the issue. Apparently Chris had installed a motor that was too big for my furnace and ruined the blower which needed to be replaced. I showed up to their office with the broken motor Chris had installed to show them what had happened, requested a partial refund for the cost of the new blower motor I had to purchase. I thought this would be a reasonable thing to ask this was a mistake made by Sunrise. I've gone in twice to the office and all Linda can tell me is that Chris is aware. Still waiting for a refund that will likely never come. If y'all need furnace help, call Muthig's.

Spoke to women who assured me I was getting kerosene delivery because I have an outside tank that…read morewas on 12/9/25 that tank was problem free, called for another delivery on 1/30/26 that tank IMMEDIATELY jelled, had to call my furnace guy to try and get heat back, he changed filter and immediately it jelled right back up, he asked what I got said kero same as last delivery as thats what they said I had he said this is NOT for outdoor tank, its immediately jelling up filter, I had to add 20 gal kerosene from gas station, 6 bottles of 911 rescue, 4 bottles of additive with cetane boost and put a hairdryer that blew into an insulated contraption to keep heat through the-16 temps, called them because its cost almost $500 to fix this, she told me if I wanted an additive I should have asked, deliverys are same as you set up at beginning, I said in your notes it doesnt say I have an OUTSIDE tank, I explained in detail for first delivery, and you told me I was getting kero and that tank didn't immediately gel, was fine through these same ridiculous low temps, why would he even deliver stuff NOT made for outside tank in -2 that it was when he showed up? Well hes not just going to put something your account isn't set for, asked how it would be set for that in an outside tank?? Well everyone makes mistakes. I said ANY credit with you guys I want immediately refunded and account clossed, gave me attitude and how they dont usually return credits. Told her was OBVIOUSLY never using them again and close my account and give my money back. She then asked me if I was sure I didn't want one of their techs to come to me?. No! Not at all enough damage was already done. Maybe if you have inside tank use them as they did show on days said 2 times used them. DO NOT USE FOR OUTDOOR TANK!!
