I had a 5 year old, an 8 year old and a 17 year old with me. We went out 25-30 miles from shore and everytime we put our lines in the water we got a bite. The kids were having a blast. I was worried about being 6 hours on the water but it was so much fun! it was easy to book a boat and the captain and Austin made it memorable. worth every penny!! The boat was clean and had all the supplies, the Captain showed us what to do and Austin was there to help with anything. all I had to do was pack some snacks and water and we were on a roll. I would recommend this company any day. I would trust them with my family anytime. They even cleaned our fish and told me how to cook it. thank you for the wonderful time, the kids won't forget it.

My daughter said she was so literally so happy and we all left feeling like our vacation was made. Also, Brian and Matt were so friendly, made us laugh, and invited us to experience all the boat had to offer, letting my husband up into the Captain's quarters and making conversation. if i could leave zero stars i definitely would... i rented the big pavilion for my gender reveal…read morefor august 29th & they approved it august 11th along with confirmed the payment was received, i get there yesterday to start setting up & they had gave our reservation to another family i just so happen to know from out of state that had just gotten here 2 days prior, they then tried to tell me i never paid for it when i showed proof in my account that i had paid for it aswell as a confirmation email that they only send after they've received the payment. they then proceeded to just not at all accommodating me & i ended up having to have my gender reveal UNDER THE BATHROOMS under the concrete slab. i'm beyond pissed & they ruined my entire day, i cried almost my entire gender reveal because my decorations couldn't even come out right because the space was literally horrendous. i had 2 tables for EVERYTHING i had to set up, & only had AT MOST 10 chairs for a party of 60+ people to "sit in".... i will NEVER rent this space for another important event.

On the small side. About two dozen or so vendors selling goods and wares, several food trucks, and several informational booths with wildlife conservation information. It was all quite lovely.

It was mid Oct still warm would have expected the birds out feeding in the marsh area. There were some smaller birds about a dozen off in the distance. Did see a cool raccoon in a hallowed out tree. Few squirrels running around and some butterflies. The building area is nice, good hands on stuff for the kids and some tanks with snakes, turtles, etc. Overall, I wouldn't come back. It peaceful and nice to set and look for birds, but guess I'm used to S FL. If this was down home the place would have been full of birds and other wildlife. If you have kids and looking for something to do stop end otherwise if you're birding find a better spot.
