I had an issue with you showing the venue during my son's setup time and mowing. And absolutely NO venue tours during the paying customer's time!

Given this, it was my first choice for a ceremony and reception. I called and left messages and then emailed as well with no response. One day a lady did call me back and informed me that her husband was the person to contact for booking and she gave me his phone number. I called him right after and left a message. He did call me back but told me he would have to give me the number of the owner of the venue for more information. He asked if it would be okay to text me the owner's number which I of course said yes. I never received a text or any other form of contact after that interaction. I did email once more with no response. The website link opens and says the site is for sale and there is no information, there are two separate Facebook accounts as well with two different contact numbers. I'm not sure if they are undergoing new management or employees etc but there was little to no communication. It's a beautiful venue and in a peaceful area, I'm not angry I'm just a bit upset at the missed opportunity because I ended up having to book a different venue for the date I wanted. This is just a heads up for anyone also attempting to book.

THEN got back on the mic to tell the mother of the bride to go F herself, F her, etc. 100+ of our guests stood open mouthed in shock. Thankfully, our Videographers caught every bit of this debacle & even stated that out of the hundreds of weddings he's worked, he's never witnessed an incident so disrespectful. Throughout the night, he repeatedly left his DJ booth--sometimes for up to 30 minutes at a time. When guests tried to simply skip a song by pressing one button he returned and made a scene in front of everyone, and even used profanity (the F-word) in front of a dance floor full of children. After that, he packed up his equipment and left the event entirely. Fortunately, we had a Bluetooth speaker on hand, which turned out to be a blessing. Once we started playing our own music, everyone had a much better time. Based on this experience, I would highly recommend skipping this DJ altogether--bring your own speaker and playlist, and you'll be guaranteed a far better experience.
