There hasn't been hot water for days. It is Christmas week. I boiled water to take a bath, spilled the container and scalded my leg. I took the trash out and saw a raccoon in the dumpster. No one EVER answers the phone when I call. Oh and they raised the HOA fees seven bucks. I am moving. read more

Absolutely horrible and neglectful of their properties!! Their lack of grounds keeping has resulted in tree roots backing up in the plumbing and water backing up into my unit! The "property management" company is under the impression that is not their problem and now work to repair their damages is at a standstill because they refuse to answer their phones! Terrible company. Will take your money and do nothing in return. If they do happen to attempt to fix something it usually breaks within a week. Our cameras have been down for months. One of our 2 back gates has been duct taped to keep it from falling off for 3 or 4 months. The gates to the pool are constantly broken due to bandaid repairs. The pool opened a month and a half late then they stopped maintaining it a month early and it turned green and continued to be open. This company should shut down and maybe offer their office to someone who will actually do what the say they will. This company is shady at best. Please beware. read more

I've owned property at Wildwood for almost a year now and must agree with the other post. This is the worst Management team I've had the experience of working with. Phone calls and emails go unanswered for weeks. The property is in need of updating but bringing that need to anyone's attention is impossible. read more

This company rakes in the paychecks for themselves but they refuse to pay the vendors. Stay far away from them. They are facing a lien on 2 of the properties they manage now. I am sure the owners will die when they find out, exp with one being on the market to be sold. I will get paid. They also write fake reviews for their own company.....truly sickening read more

Cedar Property Management will not issue ballots, tell us who bis running for the Board or let us know who is on the board. We have no meetings and are not allowed to see financial statements. Paula controls who severs on the board. We are not allowed to select our own board. read more

Parents moved into their condo a month ago. They have called Cedar Property almost everyday, emailed , and even made a visit to the office ! And yet still no reply from them! They have no problem cashing the HOA check though!! I really don't understand how the business runs on how you treat the people that live in your property. TERRIBLE customer service!! read more

I have lived at wildwood about 3 years. I have found Paula M. to be very responsive. This is a difficult property to manage I feel certain. The property is quite old. Many renters who dont seem to care. There is a growing culture of violence and disrespect for not only the property but people. read more

If I could pick zero stars I would! Do not use this maintenance company! They just took over managing my condos this year! I have lived here for 7 years prior. They charge me fake fees without providing reasoning. April Arnold argues back a forth with me and has an authority complex. She has lost a check of mine and now has bounced check listed on my account. I sent her email proof that she told me to cancel and she still wont remove it and never even apologized. She even tried charging me an attorney fee to threaten to make me and my dogs leave! I sent them the condo documents proving that they are wrong about multiple fees and they never respond. I request meetings with the owners and explain the horrible issue and they never respond. I call and leave messages and they never respond! Could you imagine being an owner and having a customer give proof that your company is wrong and ignoring you? I have sent excerpts of all the condo bylaws to them proving they are wrong and they never respond! They have held multiple checks for weeks without cashing while I email and beg to know what the issue is. They try to force me out bc I have dogs that I have has for 4 years! BTW I live in a house type condo that is only connected to one man (he says my dogs don't bother him) She said she had to fine me bc the ""board members were on her butt". What type of company lets some condo board members tell them what to do instead of following the law!? The board members break the rules that they want to but discriminate against me bc I have 2 dogs. They are nosey and pick and choose who they want to bug and bother. We are talking about a neighborhood that doesn't even have paved roads but they want to bother me about my precious dogs. You cant even force a squatter to leave a home they've been living in but these people are fining me and telling me I cannot have dogs I have had for 4 years. I have owned this place since 2010. They just took over managing my condo this year and really have a control complex and feel like they can threaten you with fines. I guess they rake in money from the few condos that dare to use them since they are cheaper and feel they don't have to respond or communicate when people have issues! I have never in 35 years dealt with such unprofessionalism and lack of leadership!! BEWARE! They are cheaper to manage properties but I can now see why! You get what you pay for!!!! I can imagine the fake fines they force on older owners that don't know any better or have the documents that I had from the previous maintenance company. April, who apparently runs the place, will not return homeowner's calls; it was six months the first time and it has been a year and a half or more since we notified her that we had cracks in our foundation and that it was causing other problems in our home. She had three foundation companies come out and all three said we needed piers in our home in order to remedy the problems. She refuses to do this and said they were just going to fill in the cracks, which she has not done. She produced a generic document that she said was from the original developer, but it does not have his name on it and it expired in one year from when they were completed. He has since taken bankruptcy and left town. We have other drainage problems that she said in May would be taken care, but still has not been done. My husband had to install a corrugated drain to drain the water away from the front of our home (we already have one dead shrub, which has not been replaced,) and she send a lawn service out to aerate the front lawn and they disconnected the drain pipe and did not reconnect. When I went out to reconnect, I fell and had to have rotator cuff surgery and will be out of commission for seven months. We would like to move, but our Realtor says no one will purchase the home in this condition. read more

I have lived in Arbor Place Condo Association for 18 years, have always paid my fees on time and keep everything nice. I had to put in a new patio sliding door in and because it is white the board is making me paint it brown. I have 7 days to do it or they are going to send someone over to paint it and will bill me. Now, one of the other problems here is that there are other patio doors that are white, one is white with panels in it and guess what, both these doors were there before I got mine. They said eveything has to match. Well another joke, there are plenty of things on those buildings that do not match. They just replaced 5 or 6 steps on building 6510 ad 6512 and they don't no where near match the steps they did not replace. Some people have storm doors and some don't. Some are brown and some are white, doesn't sound like matches here. They quit sending us the financial statements that I had been receiving since I have lived there. Many of these condos are being rented out and you know what that brings, a big property value that has gone way done, kids playing in all the rocks and lining them up all over the patio tables in the common areas. I am sick to death of feeling like I am being a hostage in my own home. When did making something look better become a bad thing. It is just or condo association people, because the condo right behind me has white and or brown patio doors and it looks fine. If anyone knows of a good attorney I can contact to find out what I can do to stop this crazy crap it would be appreciated. OH AND BY THE WAY, I was told a few years ago at a board meeting by Michael Curtis from Cedar Property Mgmnt that I could have a white patio door. At that meeting they had a door and window company there showing brochures of patio doors and I asked if I could have a white door and he said yes. now they tell me Michael Curtis is not with CEDAR MANAGEMENT anymore, how convenient. I cannot wait for the day I can get the hell out of there. I am also going to turn them into Better Business Bureau. read more
