We lived in the nightmare for 4 months, then they keep $1425 of our deposit to pay for the parking fee that was added by the HOA. We would have NEVER rented this home had we been told that we couldn't park in the driveway or even the public street! What??? We had to hire an attorney to write letters on our behalf. It was very hard getting any straight answers out of her. Everything felt very wishy washy being on the buying side. Our realtor was always on the ball trying really hard to get our questions met with answers. The part that really hurt though is the condition our new home was left in because of Taylor's poor choices. We had requested a professional cleaning upon the sellers moving out (we also put this in our contract).. Taylor very clearly did not hire a professional from any reputable cleaning agency. We went to the home while the "cleaner" was still there, she had a small bag of cleaning supplies in a Walmart bag.. This cleaner after spending 'hours cleaning' had to go back the next day to finish cleaning the fridge, this did NOT happen (pictures below). The floors were also not mopped as we had a ton of dirt footprints when we went back the next day. When our realtor reached out to Taylor with concerns, it was met with excuses and defenses. When I reached out to the Facebook messenger business page (screen shots included), only then did Taylor 'try' to make it right. Their solution was to send the same girl to our home to "re clean" the things she missed.. When I said this was not an appropriate solution and advised that I would like for Taylor to admit her mistake, that she did not hire a professional to clean our home and make it right by hiring a reputable cleaning agency - I was met with silence. No response from the Facebook business page and no attempt made by Taylor to reach out to make it right. This is an unacceptable way to run a business. I gave them an opportunity to make it right, since they didn't feel the need to - I feel the need to share my experience. Buyers and sellers beware and think twice before using Taylor GeDeros / Knipe Realty.
