I lived in this apartment if I could I would give this apartment a o plus very awlful manager.very…read morebad maintenance staff .you will not get your deposit back.air conditioner system is very old .if you live up stairs very hot .temperature can get up to 140 degrees.they have to put air conditioners in the windows.does not work.electric bills in the summer are over $400 dollars a month.they charge you enormous amounts of money for your water.garbage.sewage.rental insurance and other various costs plus your apartment rent .the manager gossips about every one in the complex also gossips about the owners of the apartments and her on manager .she told me the manager there before her name connie.stole from the residents and she got fired for it .also a woman living there they call her Mrs Maria .sits in the office with the manager and talks about everything and every one .people are moving out every month .they don't even complete their lease.they don't care they just move .i beg you to not move in there apartments you will be very sorry if you do .please be very very knowledgeable of everything going on here in this apartment .manager is strange and needs help with her mind and training.good like.worst place ever

I actually moved out January 3, turned on my keys and not expecting a refund on the rent paid, however I left the apartment cleaner than when I moved in. The garbage disposal smelled like cigarettes, when I moved in. I pulled out a pound of hair from the tub and a pound of lint from the dryer! I never complained about the noise and never ask them fo fix anything, my husband did that. I did not get my deposit back because 2 blinds were missing a small piece. They charged me $90 for the cheap blinds. On top of not getting my deposit back I am being billed $3.40. I will pay it but just know when you move in here you will NOT get your deposit back. There is always a friendly voice or face to respond QUICKLY to any matter, big or small. The vast majority of issues were resolved same day--especially helpful when it's the AC broken in Texas summer! Melissa has been wonderful to work with and I have nothing but nice things to say about my interactions with her and her staff.
