I tried to contact this company for an estimate and never heard back from them. I guess they don't need small jobs

I have spring fever. As the weather won't allow me to play in the dirt, I wanted to get some overdo congratulations done. I have used Cedarbrook Garden Center & Landscaping since moving to the area five years ago. They are amazing! Melissa and crew have the knowledge and expertise I count on. I have used Cedarbrook Garden Center for trees and shrubs. The guarantee Melissa's nursery stock provides allows me to plant with confidence. I have only lost one shrub over the years and got a replacement instantly. Melissa's crew installed a rock border from the street to grass that really enhances my landscape. The addition of another zone on my sprinkler system was the last Cedarbrook project I was delighted with. Unfortunately, after the initial planting where the plants and flowers mostly looked good, soon afterward the majority of plants and flowers failed to thrive. They came out again and I followed all of their instructions as I was given a reason (excuse?) why each and every single plant wasn't blooming or doing well even though my neighbor's' plants of the same type seem healthy and thriving. Despite following all of the instructions and purchasing all the products I was recommended to fix each plant, my yard still looks awful. There is a one year guarantee in their work; however, my numerous phone calls have gone unreturned. I've left messages on their machine and with employees, but I can't get a phone call back. The funny thing is my yard is a basically a negative advertisement for their work as all my neighbors and friends know I used them. For that reason alone, if I were the business, I'd want to make sure my customer's yard looked attractive. I am really disappointed with this business and cannot recommend them at this point. I don't feel like they have honored their one year guarantee and it seems to me the plants they gave me were poor quality. read more

This is by far the best landscaping/nursery destination. The owners are spot on with addressing your needs, giving attention to detail of your desires, along with suggestions of their ideas. I recently had a bad experience with other contractors, and was so pleasantly surprised at the quality and professionalism provided by Cedarbrook. I've gotten so many compliments on my plants and the completed job, which I owe solely to Cedarbrook. I received many quotes, (one being three times higher ) and they were extremely fair, even when I added other items to the original bid. Plus, they fixed irrigation issues that a previous contractor had done just months before. I wish I had know about them and used them to install my irrigation. I highly recommend them for all your plant and landscaping requirements. I promise, you will not he disappointed. I cannot say enough on how happy I am with their project. read more

This is my "go to" garden center in the area. I have purchased flowers for my deck as well as shrubs and trees for my yard. They always have something new and different to plant and the owner orders beautiful planters that are hard to resist. The staff is friendly and helpful without being overbearing. Today the center was sold out of topsoil but recommended a competitor who did have it. Who does that anymore!?! My favorite thing is to have the staff assist me in selecting flowers for my over 25 planters and then I take full credit for how beautiful they always turn out!! read more
