Surprised the mall is very active and lively. When I was walking towards the mall, the parking lot…read morelooked empty and appeared dead. It looks like just one side of it is, but the opposite does have some life into it. A lot of stores, Spencer's is here, the food court is here, box lunch, a lot of surprising stores. Glad to see it has some life into it, but it also is extremely packed with dead stores and a lot of areas where homeless people gather and obviously do drugs and even break windows of some of these dead stores. They need to lease these stores and make them into new ones or just get better security to circulate the area. You can tell there's high crime around the area. Plus, I saw glass from broken car windows. Now I went to beyond this weekend at the NOS, and I know that this is actually pretty normal around this part of town, but that's crazy. Security needs to be increased for sure. Overall it is good to see a mall thriving, but low key, I did not feel safe here.

This mall is 50/50 for me. It's not great but it's not horrible. The mall has a few food places to check out and pretty good store selection. I noticed this last visit that a lot of the kiosk shops in the center have shut down. I'm not sure if it's economy based or because of theft. Parking here is crowded in some spots and dead in others. Near Pennys there's lots of parking but near the food court it's crowded.

Victoria Gardens is my favorite shopping center around the surrounding area! There is parking along…read morethe surrounding perimeter of Victoria Gardens, interwoven between stores, and a parking structure, too. I have a habit of coming here on the weekdays because finding parking is a cinch and I can quickly pick up items I want or need. If you come on Friday nights, a lot of people are walking around, especially students. I would be careful about crossing the blocks here because there are many drivers who speed through and don't check the pedestrians. My store highlights are: Doc Martens, POP MART, ZARA, Punchbowl Social, Dog Haus, and the Escape Game. I frequent these places the most! I have also been enjoying their newest addition: Marugame Udon. Sadly, there aren't as many deals here because these aren't the outlet stores. At the time of my review, the Apple Store is currently under construction but they have a pop up located near miniso and POP MART instead. Everything is still kept clean and it's fun to walk around at night. The lights are glittering and sparkling. Amazing outdoor mall.

The landscaping and open-air layout made for a relaxing shopping experience, and everything looked well cared for. There was a nice variety of stores and restaurants, making it easy to spend a few hours here. Parking was convenient, and I appreciated how tidy the common areas and restrooms were. The only reason I'm giving four stars instead of five is that a few of the stores I was hoping to visit weren't here, and it got a bit crowded during peak hours. Overall, it's a great place to shop, grab a bite to eat, and enjoy a day outdoors. I'd definitely come back.

The Shops at Jurupa Valley has a lot of potential and some great stores, but the overall layout and…read moreplanning leave a lot to be desired. One of the biggest issues is the lack of designated delivery truck areas, which regularly leads to traffic congestion and makes navigating the center frustrating at times. Pedestrian access is another concern--there's no clear or safe sidewalk connection from Mission Blvd over to Target, so you often find yourself walking directly in traffic lanes, which doesn't feel safe at all. There's also a noticeable shortage of trash cans throughout the property, which impacts cleanliness. And while this center has been open for about a year, it's disappointing that public seating areas still haven't been installed. There aren't really any inviting spaces where people can sit, gather, or just enjoy being there. Overall, it feels like the center was built with retail in mind, but not the full community experience. With some thoughtful improvements--better traffic flow, pedestrian safety, and shared spaces--this could be a much more welcoming and functional destination.
