Surprised the mall is very active and lively. When I was walking towards the mall, the parking lot looked empty and appeared dead. It looks like just one side of it is, but the opposite does have some life into it. A lot of stores, Spencer's is here, the food court is here, box lunch, a lot of surprising stores. Glad to see it has some life into it, but it also is extremely packed with dead stores and a lot of areas where homeless people gather and obviously do drugs and even break windows of some of these dead stores. They need to lease these stores and make them into new ones or just get better security to circulate the area. You can tell there's high crime around the area. Plus, I saw glass from broken car windows. Now I went to beyond this weekend at the NOS, and I know that this is actually pretty normal around this part of town, but that's crazy. Security needs to be increased for sure. Overall it is good to see a mall thriving, but low key, I did not feel safe here. read more

This mall is 50/50 for me. It's not great but it's not horrible. I usually come here for my order pick ups from Torrid and The Children's Place because it's not far from my home and there's less traffic going there than Ontario Mills or Victoria Gardens. The mall has a few food places to check out and pretty good store selection. I noticed this last visit that a lot of the kiosk shops in the center have shut down. I'm not sure if it's economy based or because of theft. Parking here is crowded in some spots and dead in others. Near Pennys there's lots of parking but near the food court it's crowded. read more

4-STAR UPDATE! Why am I raising the rating? I really had a lot of fun on this visit as it seemed much more lively on a Saturday afternoon! My family and I stopped by at Macy's to do some shoe shopping and we finally noticed just how big this mall is! I saw big chain stores (JCPenney, Macy's), specialty stores (Victoria's Secret, Hot Topic, Box Lunch), and other mall favorites like Bath & Body Works. I saw lots of deals at several stores. Value is what you make of it but I noticed some good 50% off deals at Bath & Body Works. Shortly after we toured the shops, we headed to food court and bought a large pizza at Sbarro. Service was pretty solid across the mall and everyone was well-behaved (customers included). read more

This mall is small and it has the basic things for all family needs for clothing , shoes, and electronics. Easy parking and the value of items are very reasonable. If your in the area and need to grab something real quick for a bday gift, shopping for yourself or just want to hang out. This mall is the perfect place if in the area. The service is good and many of the stores have nice sales. They have the basic everyday stores with good prices. read more

Arguably the worst mall I've ever been to. It's a straight line, extremely small. The "food court" isn't even a food court. There's no point of the chairs when you'll get done walking within 5 minutes- just overall a really sad mall. The selection you have is the bare minimum, utterly a waste of drive. read more

Ghetto but a staple. Saw a physical fight here once at Hollister while I was buying clothes for my birthday. People cut you off in the parking lot. But I come here a lot because they have lots of my favorite stores (Hollister, Tillys, VS and PINK). This is also one of my favorite places to just walk laps around. The workers depend per store, most are pretty helpful and leave you alone if you want. Clothes are overpriced, but that is once again due to the stores. The Inland Center Mall had so many changes after the pandemic. Several concession stores have closed but new establishments also sprung. Since it's so hot to walk at the park , here it's so nice to stroll around the mall under a covered roof and air conditioned plus food and drinks are available when you get hungry. Play area is located by the JCPenny Dept Store for toddlers and young kids to be entertained while parents go shopping. BUT DON'T LEAVE YOUR PREVIOUS CHILD UNATTENDED . Store sales are tempting so if you are tired of window shopping , just close your eyes and blindly go in and "CHARGE IT " !!!! read more

The Inland Center Mall is a medium size shopping mall which has most of the common stores and eateries and the main department stores are Macy's and JC Penny's. It is a one floor mall which is a bit unusual in today's malls, however they have plenty of stores (Over 100), and a nice food court. The food court is quite beautiful with its plants and architecture layout. The mall has a huge parking area, and the mall itself is not too crowded during the week. They open at 10a.m. Like I mentioned earlier they have the typical shops like H&M, Hot Topic, Victoria's Secret, Spencers, etc. And the food court has a Great khans, Squiz Up, Charley's, and Panda. The stores had very friendly staff, and I spent some time talking to the owner of Pro Image Sports since their store just recently opened. I was mostly checking out the mall and seeing how many stores were open, and I only saw about 3 shops closed, and a few new ones, not listed yet on Yelp or Maps. Overall a decent mall to shop at. Several selection on clothing / shoes & other accessory such as Hollisters, H&M, Victoria secret, Bath & Body works, Journeys, Hot Topic, SP Shoe place, Torrid, Shiekh, Zumez, Lids, Tilly's, Journeys Foot Locker, Vans, Claire's, Koneko, Carter's Oshkosh & Children's Place to name a few. There's also Lens Crafters lab/store for eye glasses. Snacks, bites, drinks and candies pretty much available located along with stores and center corridors. Cinnabon, aunt Annie's, Wetzel's pretzels, sees candies , Kahala coffee traders (smoothies too) & main food court counters will satisfy your hunger and thirst. Good size kids play area is a good spot for family time. Found in bigger and packed malls, these stores are here. Less crowded and quieter place to shop. How does one rate a dying mall, saturated with big-name jewelry stores, and nothing interesting? I honestly have no reason to ever visit again. Tokyo Lifestyle was a fun store back in the early 2000s but now their items are overpriced and available for less elsewhere. And then there's a knock-off toy store that we visited for giggles. That place has obscene prices for pure junk. I would love to see this mall filled with shops, especially that huge, old, empty Sears. Since department stores are also dying, you could turn that space into a roller skating rink (especially needed because that roller rink in Grand Terrace has gotten way too crowded). This mall reminds me of the rather dismal mall that is the Eagle Rock Plaza out near me. There are a few stores that are closed. There is the usual Macy's. There is the food court with not too much going on. The mall itself is super dead and looks like it's on its last leg. This was just a good place to stop by to walk around and get out of the car. This mall is less than basic and needs a complete remodel if it really wants to revive itself. There were maybe 5 stores of interest to me and even then, after popping into maybe 2 or 3 of them, I was over it completely. The employees who work here don't seem happy at all. It's not easy to shop when even the people who work there don't seem to happy to be alive even. sheesh. read more

This old mall is still a great local place to shop. I hadn't been there for 20 years and I went recently because I needed a hat. I was near there and decided to go in. From the outside it looks empty but they have plenty of shops open and a great selection. I'm glad I took a chance cause now I have a low key option when I need to shop or grab a slice of Sbarros. read more

It is well-publicized that indoor malls are failing, across the nation. We had not gone to the inland Center Mall in a couple of years so, when we went a couple of months ago (specifically to go to the Lids store) we were pleasantly surprised at how clean and comfortable it was overall. There are still many stores still open and well-stocked. read more

Sbarro in this mall is horrible bad attitude workers we took my son and teammates to the mall and to eat at sbarro after games for the state cup we're not even from there we live 3hrs away well our son an teammates ordered a whole pizza and we the parents were at the table watched the ladies attitude the whole time with boys they felt unwanted it was the worst but I left it alone told them we don't know what she going through. We wanted to check this out and also do some walking as it is very hot outside. It's a very small basic mall complete with all the stores and a good fast food court. There was a total of 8 vacant spaces one of which is Sears. Three food outlets and four small retail shops. Not bad considering other malls that we've seen are practically empty. But I guess lots of new tenants are also waiting to scoop up these vacancies. Over all I say it has everything you could ever want in a small mall. We liked it. I gave 3 stars because the decor and lighting is out dated. Otherwise it s very clean and they clearly observe safe covid precautions by providing sanitizing liquid at most entrances. read more

If you park your car at this mall, you will be harassed by the San Bernardino sheriff and will get parking tickets for trivial things like expired registration and missing license plate. Imagine shopping at the mall for the day spending your hard earned money only to come out to go home and find a ticket on your window for $90, because your car is missing the front plate. However, if you're looking for something in particular, you may not find it here as I find stock seems to be specific to it's community. I've seen this at numerous stores here. One thing you'll find at a store in Rancho, you may not find here kind-of-thing. This mall is what it is. Don't expect high end retail shopping. This mall is perfect for it's surrounding community. This mall is located in San Bernardino off the inland center drive exit on the 215 FWY. This is the only mall in the area. The Carousel mall a couple miles up the freeway went down hill and closed a while back, so if you want to go to a local mall you will have to come here. Much to my surprise , this mall is still doing well. They have big name stores like Macy's , Sears , See's candy, Hallmark, Kay Jewelers, and Victoria secrets. I didn't see many empty store spaces. I visited this mall Sunday to kill some time for an event I was going to. At 1:00pm on a Sunday , this place was packed! I had to circle a couple times to find a decent spot to park. If you don't want to circle the parking lot, there is a large parking structure. In the center of the mall there is a meet and greet picture area with the Easter Bunny ( see pictures). I noticed a increase in mall security and police presence. I think this is a good idea for loss prevention and with the recent terrorist attack on the city , extra law enforcement is good for everyone's safety. Safety first is my motto. The restrooms are pretty clean and are located by Sabarros pizza in the food court area. The food court has a decent selection for a smaller mall. Chinese food , pizza, burgers, juice bar, and I'm loving it .. Mc Donald's. Many people call the Inland center mall " ghetto". I wouldn't call it that. San Bernardino County and City have lost a lot of jobs and businesses, many in the community are suffering. The mall offers steady implement and business opportunities for the community. Just a bit of a public service announcements. My family and I were just on a cruise. A week before we bought these shoes from Q in the inland center mall. She tried them on in the store, then once at home and then she wore them for 15 minutes on the cruise for formal night and the heel broke. My 13 year old twisted her ankle and almost fell down a flight of stairs. Now... I know they were cheap shoes and I wasn't expecting them to last forever but I was expecting them to last the week we were on the cruise at the very least. I went back to the store and when I asked for a refund and told them that my daughter hurt herself because of those shoes and it could have been much worse if she had fallen down the stairs I was told by the manager that their policy is once the product leaves their store they are no longer responsible. So please, don't buy shoes from this store... my daughter could have ended up with a worse injury then a twisted ankle... possibly even more then an injury had my husband not caught her and she had fallen all the way down the stairs. In all her photos from that night she had to hop on one foot to take them because she didn't bring another pair of shoes. There is nothing more I can really do but warn people. read more

Very bummed at the clothing store called Q LUV , they have a lot of very nice selection of pants and today I was in search of a total new wardrobe and when I passed this particular store I was taken in by some cute jeans and that's what I'm exactly looking for sadly I was unable to use the fitting room and I told the assistant how do you expect to make a sale if you can't even try on what you want to purchase all she did was nod her head and shrub her shoulders . I really was there to replace an entire wardrobe but I can't purchase it if it's not going to fit or look good on me . I took my business elsewhere. What a shame smh read more

Located in good old San Bernardino Right off of Inland center drive. The only mall in SB. It does get pretty packed especially on the weekends. Has decent parking even on crazy days. The mall has a lot of good stores located in it like Forever 21, Crazy 8, Disney store, Torrid, Victoria's Secert, Macys, Sears, JC Penny's, Zales, Kays, Game Stop, and many more that I didn't name. They also have a handful of fast food joints in the food court. Like hot dog on a stick, Panda Express, Subway, some kind of yogurt place and a few more. Mall is really clean inside and out. Yesterday I went to get my nails done there and wow that service was HORRIBLE they lady did not greet me she was actually asleep on the spa chair woke up pointed where I should go my nail tech was actually good talkative I enjoyed her while I was getting my nails done I heard the rude lady begin yelling (literally) at a teen telling her she needs to speak up what she wants I turn back to see what's going on and then she throws the polish at the girl I have never in my life seen something like that I would never go here again this was so sad at the end I gave her my money and she threw it like her previous situation was my fault I posted a picture and you can see the lady in it as well PEOPLE CUSTOMER SERVICE FOR ME IS EVERYTHING ID RATHEE PAY THE HIGHEST PRICE IF IAM GOING TO GET THE BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE ....also the mall other than this place is lovely the mall I would actually rate a 4 I like it not much selection but it's okay Weber since they took out the Disney store it hasn't been the same. read more

2.5 stars. I went here once many years ago, but I don't remember whatsoever what it looks like. So I went today again for the heck of it to see how it is these days. It's all one level and not that big, but I like how spaced out the floor plan is. The mall is in a "T' shape. It wasn't that crowded at all when I went on a Saturday an hour after they opened. The only things I was pleasantly surprised about was seeing a Hallmark store, a Surf City Squeeze beverage place, and this place called Kahala Coffe Traders that had...sushi! Some retail store employees were friendly, some weren't. It took about 30-40 minutes to walk through. I don't have any reason to come here anymore. Comparing it to the Moreno Valley Mall (MVM), this one (ICM) is actually a little nicer, looks newer (don't know if it is or not), and the stores have less makeshift set-ups for their merchandise and less mom and pop stores than the MVM. But the MVM is larger. read more

Ok, I will give this lackluster little mall some much needed love. If you shop here, it's mainly because it's the only mall in the area and you don't have a car. By no means, would you intentionally shop here because it's your ideal place to shop. Nevertheless, if you need some mall staples such as Bath and Body Works, Sees Candy, Things Remembered, or Victoria's Secret, this place will help you out in a bind. Also, if you are in that age demographic or insist on not dressing your age, they have one of the largest Forever 21 shops I have ever seen. And now there are three department stores, Macys, Sears, and the recent opening of JCPenney. There is a tiny food court, but once again, it will help you out if you need a quick bite. In fact, I was pleasantly surprised with my Panda Express lunch. All in all, an A-OK experience. read more

I normally love this store but I will never return. The older Asian lady behind the counter was so rude and unprofessional. For starters she was on speaker phone while I was trying to check out. I bought a dress and it didn't fit so I had to return it. She told me I could only exchange it, that wasn't a problem. It was 7:35pm she tells me they close in 5 minutes so I had to hurry. I looked online and it says they close at 8pm. Once I was at the counter again she tried to charge me for the new item I was exchanging for the old one. Terrible customer service. read more

i went into the store called Q and this lady immediately started following me and my friend around the entire store and was being beyond disrespectful and invading our privacy to the point where me and my friend felt uncomfortable. Me and my friend then went to go try on clothes in the fitting room and THIS LADY WAS WAITING OUTSIDE and once we got out she was being so rude and asked if we found everything okay and we said the clothes didn't fit us so we were leaving it and she snatched the clothes from our hands and threw it on the counter. I'm having a bit of difficulty understanding the reasoning behind the previous reviews. Maybe my visit was just some unique anomoly or something. People call this mall ghetto but I don't see it. I visited during the night, after dark and did not encounter, nor see any shady people. I saw families, I saw couples. All... normal. I roamed around the mall to check out the stores and was rather surprised at the selection. You have your garden variety of stores like Hallmark (though oddly it was listed as "CLOSED" on the app search), Victoria's Secret, GameStop, Helzberg, Bath&Bodyworks, etc and your corner ones like Macy's. Everything was rather well kept. The last time I was here (little over 6 months ago) there were a lot less stores than they have now. Yes, back then it did seem like the mall was beginning to show signs of going downhill. In this visit, I did not see such. Several positive things stood out to me in this visit. First was the overhanging signs announcing which store was resident in the alotted space. Second was the childrens play area which sported a Route 66 theme. The one thing I will say about this is that I have not seen any kind of a play area in any other malls before this one, which I think is a big plus for families and those with kids. The playground is what ultimately warrented a 4th star for me in this visit. Food court? Eh, still run down as ever. That's still the blight of the whole mall, in my opinion. Just avoid it and go eat elsewhere unless you absolutely need to. read more

I took my 7 year old grandson to see Santa today. We were not aware you needed a reservation. There was one family ahead of us, two families behind us. The wouldn't let my grandson see Santa. I have been taking my kids and grandkids for pictures with this Santa at Inland Center for years. I was thoroughly disgusted with the way we were treated. It wasn't busy whatsoever and instead of being treated as a valued customer we were treated as a huge inconvenience. Wonderful way to treat a 7 year old just days before Christmas. I wouldn't recommend these people to anyone. read more

After the flea market we decided to check out the mall next door and I have to say I was pretty suprised that it was bigger and nicer than I thought. Still, I am not a lover of malls and there were no stores for me there, thats why only a three star rating. The parking lot was overfilled, they have alot of spaces but I guess that was my fault for going to the mall sunday two weeks before chirstmas. The new Forever 21 is huge and pretty darn nice, the rest your typical mall stores. Considering the area, this is for sure the highlight of the people living in the area. What happened to a little kindness? So tonight I commuted 60 miles from my home to provide emergency coverage in a local ER after another doc had to call out. After a rough shift, I didn't have enough mileage on my electric car to make it home. All I wanted after a rough shift was to go home and hold my kids. I stopped at this mall to charge up but since the last time I was here they barricaded the entrances. But I was desperate and with 3 miles left I didn't have enough charge to make it anywhere else. So, I pushed one of the barricades out of the way to just get a little charge to make it home. Before I could even plug in, a security guard rolled up stating I was trespassing. I apologized but explained my situation and that I was desperate. The officer spoke w his supervisor who instructed him to let me charge. Then he immediately went to re-place the barricade. After 30 minutes, the officer came back and told me that they called the cops on me and that I need to leave immediately. Really? Yes, I get it- I pushed aside a flimsy barricade. But I'm not hurting anyone. Call the cops on me? I just worked a volunteer shift in the middle of a pandemic and I just want to get home. We health care workers are expected to charge to the front lines to help people, and I'm happy to do so. But it'd be nice if others had our backs once in a while and could help us when we need a little kindness. Probably no one reads or cares about this review. I'm mostly just venting, the pressure has to come out somehow. But, if you do-please pass along a little kindness in this difficult time and support our healthcare workers. We're showing up every day for you. read more

It's a mall and I think it's a pretty decent one for being in the center of San Bernardino. I work in the "other" mall in San Bernardino which is no longer a mall at all. When I need lunch, I often drive down the road to the Inland Center Mall to hit the food court. They have a good variety of clothing and shoe stores here: casual to dressy, thin to plus sizes, young to mature. They have your usual stores: Hallmark, Disney, lots of jewelry and I can usually find something to buy. It's anchored only by Macy's and Sears now, but so far still seems to be chugging along. I'm not a huge mallrat or anything, but I'm very happy that this one has most of what I need when I need it. Plus with all the construction on E street it's a handy pass through and my drive between Hospitality and Carousel Mall. read more
