Victoria Gardens is my favorite shopping center around the surrounding area! There is parking along the surrounding perimeter of Victoria Gardens, interwoven between stores, and a parking structure, too. I have a habit of coming here on the weekdays because finding parking is a cinch and I can quickly pick up items I want or need. If you come on Friday nights, a lot of people are walking around, especially students. I would be careful about crossing the blocks here because there are many drivers who speed through and don't check the pedestrians. My store highlights are: Doc Martens, POP MART, ZARA, Punchbowl Social, Dog Haus, and the Escape Game. I frequent these places the most! I have also been enjoying their newest addition: Marugame Udon. Sadly, there aren't as many deals here because these aren't the outlet stores. At the time of my review, the Apple Store is currently under construction but they have a pop up located near miniso and POP MART instead. Everything is still kept clean and it's fun to walk around at night. The lights are glittering and sparkling. Amazing outdoor mall. read more

I really enjoyed my visit to this outdoor mall. The entire property was clean, well-maintained, and pleasant to walk around. The landscaping and open-air layout made for a relaxing shopping experience, and everything looked well cared for. There was a nice variety of stores and restaurants, making it easy to spend a few hours here. Parking was convenient, and I appreciated how tidy the common areas and restrooms were. The only reason I'm giving four stars instead of five is that a few of the stores I was hoping to visit weren't here, and it got a bit crowded during peak hours. BEST OUTDOOR SHOPPING EXPERIENCE in the IE! I personally love Victoria Gardens vast selection of stores and bustling feel. Prices are decent, and parking is free. I'm so happy we STILL have a communal shopping hub unlike the dead malls spread across SoCal. Victoria Gardens is also lined with tons of eateries and activities. I recently stopped by to visit The Escape Game and had a blast. Service is solid across the stores and businesses. Everything is family-friendly (check out the cute train ride for kids) and relaxed. I enjoy visiting VG's Coffee Bean and strolling with friends and family. The foliage is so pretty here. read more

I love coming here to shop and walk around the stores. They have everything you need from clothes to make up to food. It is outdoors so during the hot months it will be rough walking around. Besides that, parking could get a little packed so make sure to get there early or be okay parking on the top of the parking structures. read more

Victoria Gardens is a lovely place to visit while in Rancho Cucamonga. It is an outdoor shopping center area that is great for anyone of all ages. There's plenty of restaurants options there. Yard House, Cheesecake Factory, Flemings, The State are some options to name a few. For a cold sweet treat, I recommend getting the gelato from Bacon de Latte. It's also a great place for shopping, including JCPenny, Zara, H&M, Lululemon, Fabletics, Macy, Vans, and more. From jewelry to makeup to toy stores, there's something for everyone. Parking can be a nightmare during the weekends. It's a very popular destination with limited parking. At least parking is free! Overall, I'd love to come back the next time I'm area. read more

Please clean your bathrooms. They are disgustingly dirty. The handicap stall was clogged and floor nasty. Two other stalls clogged. The floor is dirty and people drop paper towels on ground. The soap dispenser wasn't working right. This is the woman's bathroom closet to Macy's and Oakley store. I think you need to have someone checking hourly or a couple times a day with the amount you f foot traffic during the summer time. Definitely needs deep cleaning and service. read more

This place has become an absolute dump over the last 2 years. Sidewalks are disgusting zero exterior power washing or glass cleaning. Storefront on many stores is peeling. 6/7/2025 Been to Victoria Gardens a few times now and I think it's a great place to shop and hangout! I love the way they built the outdoor shopping center, very walkable, clean and lots of places to park. There are over 150 retailers and restaurants. They are continuing to add new stores and restaurants too. If you check their website in their News & Events page, they have also added some activities for the summer festivities, such as Movies in the Park at Townsquare. Free family-friendly movies are being shown in June and July. In addition to that, every Wednesday they have The Gathering Farmers and Artisan Market from 10am-2pm in June and July. Victoria Gardens was a really pleasant place to spend a Saturday afternoon. When we arrived, it wasn't too crowded, although it did start to pick up later in the day. There is some construction happening right now -- it looks like new condos or townhomes are being built, including an area across from The Cheesecake Factory and in a few other spots. Because of that, parking can be a little tricky depending on the time of day. I ended up parking in one of the parking lots and met up with my friends from there. After brunch at The Cheesecake Factory, we walked around, browsed a few shops, stopped for coffee, and just enjoyed strolling through the center. The atmosphere was lively but still relaxed, especially earlier in the afternoon. Overall, it's a great place to go if you want to get out of the house, walk around, do a little shopping, and maybe grab coffee, tea, or ice cream. I'd definitely recommend Victoria Gardens for a casual, enjoyable afternoon read more

Sadly today wasn't even the first time at Victoria Gardens I've seen several kids start sobbing 'cause of a dork on a motorcycle blowing out their eardrums. If this is a place for people and families, please, please, shut the streets down at peak times and allow pedestrians only, because the number of lonely dudes peacocking their debt machines through the middle of the mall is too high. read more

We love visiting Victoria Gardens! It's honestly a nice, pleasant place to either visit when you're on a shopping mission, or when you're just in the mood to get some steps in a see what you can find. There's a wide array of stores, restaurants, and businesses to visit. You can usually find something to fit with any budget. It's pretty well laid out and parking isn't usually an issue, save for holiday shopping season when it tends to be the most crowded. The Christmas tree and Santa in the quad area are always a big draw. It almost feels like a little college town within the city or something from Gilmore Girls. The decor is nice and we usually end up doing a photoshoot while we're there. :) read more

VG you know I love you, been coming here several times a week since the day you opened. But come on now, you're starting to show your age. Hey new owners! Pay someone to power wash the sidewalks at least once. They are getting absolutely disgusting, especially in front of eateries. Case in point: go stand in front of Sweetgreen. It's a little embarrassing how filthy and stained and full of smashed food and dried drinks the sidewalks are. Then go to Seasons 52 and walk toward the parking lot behind it and look in the bushes. Oh my. 1/2 a ton of trash is in those bushes. And that's in almost all the bushes in the entire place. How is this not part of your regular maintenance and upkeep? This place is the crown jewel of shopping centers in the IE so let's treat it as such. You would not see this crap at South Coast Plaza! read more

To the new owners of VG... I've always enjoyed coming to Victoria Gardens--it's a great place for families, shopping, and spending time outdoors. However, one concern that has become more noticeable over the past year is the lack of enforcement on the main streets. There are frequently vehicles speeding through busy areas where families and children are walking, and many drivers seem more focused on showing off how loud their cars are than driving safely. It's not uncommon to hear multiple cars revving their engines within just a few minutes. This creates a very unsafe environment and takes away from what should be a welcoming community space. Increasing police presence, even for short periods of time, would make a noticeable difference and help deter this behavior. I truly believe Victoria Gardens is a great place, but addressing this issue would go a long way in keeping it safe and enjoyable for everyone. read more

Been to Victoria Gardens pretty much since it opened over 20+ years ago. It's grown so much with new shops and eateries that's very local to those in the area or just visiting to shop, dine, and stroll around. There's a lot of parking throughout the shopping center, depending where you're going to. It can get packed during the holidays and major holidays. With my recent visit here during the holidays, it was quite a busy place. They've definitely opened up some new restaurants here since my last visit. On Thanksgiving Day, it was pretty deserted but what I appreciated was that they blockaded some streets to allow for pedestrians to enjoy walking around after a big lunch without having to worry about cars. Some restaurants are open but for the most part, majority of the stores are closed. That's a good thing because store owners are allowing their workers time off to be with their families. Even if it was like a ghost town, I was able to better appreciate all the sights. It became clearer to me how much effort was put into the storefronts. Everything is festooned with holiday decor. I love coming to Victoria Gardens! Everything you need is here. From restaurants to quick food spots and stores and I love how everything is outdoors, so you can enjoy the fresh air (when it's a nice day) There's plenty of parking, structures and lots and even some meter parking on the street if you're able to find them. I was here yesterday and found great parking by Macys and hardly a walk to all the things we wanted to go to. It's really pretty here during the Holidays and I like that they blocked off some streets so people could walk a bit more freely. My favorite is coming on a Saturday or Sunday morning before the crowds start and enjoying a coffee and walking around. Excited to see all the new businesses that recently opened here and check them out. read more

Jaywalking is getting out of hand. Pedestrians think that jaywalking is legal. It's only legal when there's no traffic, which there always is at Victoria Gardens. I do ride-sharing part time and I know what is and isn't a legal crosswalk. Most people do not. Some loudmouth and apparently drunk old fool walked down these stairs directly into oncoming traffic this afternoon and expected everyone to stop. My EV was barely crawling along in traffic when an idiot decided to start an argument because I proceeded with caution rather than stopping. The front end of my car was already past that point. He decided it would be a great idea to slap my car. I stopped, put down my passenger side window and told him he was in the wrong and to keep his hands to himself. Instead of being a man and admitting ignorance, he doubled down on stupid in front of what I suppose was his old lady and their grown son. He yelled obscenities, I yelled back. He put his disgusting face inside my car and nearly got pepper sprayed. His son was just as ignorant as his old man. "Pedestrians always have right of way!". No they don't. Read the California state law regarding crosswalks and jaywalking. Those steps are for people who paid for metered parking. Not for fat drunks to keep their balance. The old lady of his also slapped my car as a "security guard" looked on and did nothing. I've recorded the incident on my dashcam. Before releasing it to the public, I want to ask the ownership of this mall to take action against rogue pedestrians. Someone is going to get hurt if this keeps up. Just close off all vehicle traffic from the center of the shopping center and make it a pedestrian walkway only. I've spoken to many people who agree that this would be much better for pedestrian safety. Are the meters really making that much money that it's worth the risk of a lawsuit? I'd rather pick up passengers at a designated spot on the outer perimeter. If you're going to insist on metered parking, the intersections need signals and the streets need marked crosswalks. Your average public citizen is too ignorant to understand what a crosswalk is. read more

Name brand shops as well as a few mom and pop shops are conveniently crammed together surrounded by lush greenery. Feeling a little famished after all the swiping and inserting well no worries! There's a nice collection of chains that will not disappoint your palate as well as a few local favorites. This location, by far, is our most favorite shopping mall. The outdoor layout and the decor take you out of Southern California and into another place, especially during winter. The shops line streets that would otherwise line an indoor mall. It's so much more interesting and inviting and promotes exploration. You can just walk around and not buy anything and still enjoy this place. Many people come with their dogs in tow and most businesses offer water dishes for the four legged customers. There are numerous restaurants, most of which are really crowded on Friday evening and the weekends, to satisfy just about every palate. The main anchor store is Macy's with Bass Pro Shops flanking the eastern most edge, but the smaller, specialty shops are the main draw, like Zara, H&M, and the Apple Store. While most malls are closing due to a lack of foot traffic at brick and mortar stores, Victoria Gardens seems to be the anomaly. It's decor and layout compliment this anomaly so much that it sets the standard for malls, indoors or out. For us, it's as much an experience as it is a mall and the stores are realistic locations that you can actually shop, unlike the limited selections at Universal City Walk or the outdoor mall that's really an indoor mall without a roof like Westfield Century City. Parking can be a challenge, but on that rare occasion when you actually fine a spot on Main St. or Main St. South, you park and walk right to your shop or restaurant. And no mall can compare with that. read more

Victoria Gardens is an outdoor shopping area with lots of different shops and restaurants. You may enter it either from Foothill Blvd or Day Creek Blvd depending on which direction you're coming from. I normally enter from the Day Creek side since I come from the 210 Fwy most of the time. It has about 5 blocks worth of walking area. You may definitely spend a good day strolling through and not even cover everyplace. There are parking garages in a few different spots and lots of outdoors parking along the perimeter as well. I've come here for Lucille's Smokehouse BBQ, California Pizza Kitchen, The Cheesecake Factory, Panini Kabob Grill, P.F. Chang's, Macy's, AMC, and a few other snack shops. As you can see, I love to eat at different restaurants more so than shop. It's all about the foods for me. I only need so many pairs of jeans and t-shirts LOL. But foods, I got to eat! If you haven't paid a visit to Victoria Gardens, come on by and take a stroll around. There is something for everyone. Just a tip, you'll want to park pretty centralized to where you'll be most. Love this outdoor shopping mall. We visited when it was first being built. Beautifully landscaped, soft music plays on outdoor speakers, plenty of outdoor seating. There are a variety of restaurants, big name shops and small shops. Customer service has always been amazing. You won't be disappointed, everything you could possibly be looking for, you can find here. It's clean at all times and we always feel safe shopping there. Non-likes: - Although there is abundant parking here, finding it can be tricky. If you get lost in either Mainstreet looking for parking, you'll have to put up with narrow traffic and numerous pedestrians before you can find a parking structure to park at. - Every few mins, obnoxious, attention-seeking drivers are driving by and blasting their boisterous music.
