I waited at least 1/2 hour to see Dr. Jaffe and the office was empty! When Dr. Jaffe walked in, by his comments to me, it was obvious that he had not read the pages of paper work and history that I had just completed; all comments were incorrect about the reason I was there. I found him to be Very aloof, Very laissez - faire - meaning he could care less about me as a patient. He blew off my questions and rushed me out of the exam room. NEVER in my life have I had such a bad feeling about a doctor, that I couldn't trust him; cannot explain it, a gut feeling. I refused to return and chose to go to a different group, much more professional, much more experienced. I spent 50 years in the medical field, may have not cared for a provider but never felt the level of distrust that I got from Dr. Jaffe. He could be a poster boy for a doctor who appears to just be out for the money. Sorry to say that, but, that's how he came across. If the Practice Manager ever reads this, I would hope that Dr. Jaffe's skills and credentials are re-visited, along with your front office staff's behavior and lack of awareness to keep a stocked water cooler

Dr. B is a nice guy, but I must question his treatments for varicose veins. The first treatment…read morethat I received was done with a laser and the results were great. It worked very well. The next treatments were done with injections around my ankle area and was very painful. This treatment caused a open wound to form on my ankle about the size of a silver dollar. The wound did not heal for over a year and when I asked Dr. B about this he said that it was normal and he told me to put medical-honey on it. This was very painful and did not work at all. I had my regular doctor treat this wound and finally it healed after about a year and a half. Still I was left with a major scar on my ankle that is still very tender to this day. The varicose veins on my ankle are actually worse than when I first went to Dr. B. On top of this he sent me a bill for $1875.00 for a procedure that did not work. I told him that I would not pay him a dime and was lucky I did not sue him. Now I found out that he sent me to collections for the money which showed up on my credit report. I would not recommend him to my worst enemy. You would think that he should be held accountable for messing up my ankle. I may have to seek an attorneys help after all.
