I recently had an appointment with Dr. Christopher S. Lichtenwalter and was blown away by his bedside manner, sense of humor, knowledge, and efficiency. I mentioned I'll be having knee surgery soon, and without me even asking, he already knew exactly what paperwork would be needed. He gave me a copy of my EKG and a health clearance letter right on the spot, saving me so much time and stress. That kind of care and customer service is rare. I took the morning off work but no phone call. I was unable to reach anyone at the office. Later that day I got a message saying Ashley had rescheduled my appointment for the following week. I have made several phone calls to ask for a partial refund for my "consultation " due to having to the missed appointment and missed work. I have called several times, spoken to several office staff, crickets.. The following week I did have my health consultant Ashley call to summarize my results. The phone call lasted 30 minutes. This is not how to treat new patients to build a practice of loyal customers. They sell all the recommended supplements and would have purchased them there.

It is a two story building with Physician offices, complete testing facility and surgical Center in one great facility. Type of care 5/5 Annual ECHO performed by Ruthie. Quality of care 5/5++ Ruthie provided great care and service who exemplifies what great patient bedside manners look like. She thoughtfully explained everything. Ruthie is the type of care provider who represents the practice and professional well. Updated After checkout I was waiting for my ride in the upstairs waiting area by the elevator and an elderly gentleman went to a window clearly upset and appeared confused. It was not heard to hear him he projected loudly. The young woman working that window spent time with him using outstanding interpersonal skills to calm him down. He needed extra attention to help address his questions. I witnessed her locating facilities located loser to our location and providing him All the information necessary to address his concerns. This was over the span of 15 minutes. When he left I approached her window to offer a fist bump a tell her she was awesome! That was an amazing display of kindness, empathy I rarely see.
