This group sent me numerous paper bill statement for amount owed. I finally have a chance to sit down and go through my mails, sent a check with the statement pay stub on 1025/24. Another bill came again after that, paid it again (as an oversight) on 11/8/2024. When I realized the double payment, I called their billing clerks, left messages to Kelly and Shannon explaining the reason of my call. I left my name, birthday and phone number as requested by their automated responder. NOBODY, NOBODY, NOBODY CALLED ME BACK to discuss how to be reimbursed for my extra payment. Can't get any breathing human being from this group. Everything is automated, but NEVER CALL BACK THEIR CLIENT TO RESOLVE ANY ISSUE. read more

Staff/Medical Assistants are horrible. Uncaring, uncompassionate, disorganized, and genuinely annoyed to do their job. Dr. Solsi's bedside manner is garbage. I left my appointment feeling even more scared and in the dark than when I went in. read more

I was here with my husband for a new patient visit. We got here on time and we have been here for over an hour waiting to see the doctor.

I have to give 5 stars for Dr. Solsi and the staff at Premier Cardiovascular - I made an appointment to get a second/expert opinion on the results of a doppler ultrasound I previously had done at a vein clinic, where they had diagnosed me with venous insufficiency/reflux and told me venous ablation treatment was medically necessary. He reviewed the results briefly and explained that I am completely fine in terms of DVT risk and there is no reason for real medical concern whatsoever, that the vein clinic was essentially trying to scare me into getting treatments done. What prompted me to write this review is that he then proceeded to tell his administrative staff to refund my copay, since I didn't actually need to be seen for anything! I was NOT expecting that and it was very kind. That tells me so much about how they conduct business here, with integrity. The nurse that saw me beforehand and took my blood pressure/EKG was very sweet and professional and helped me feel comfortable. Their office is also beautiful with top of the line equipment. read more

Awful customer service! Tried to schedule an appointment to be seen and the appointment was canceled two times. Will be finding another cardiologist to attend to my needs. I haven't given many 5 star reviews on Yelp - but I think this place deserves it. Reasons: - I sent a message via Yelp to the company asking if they could give me a ring to go over my options in scheduling an appointment. I sent this message in the evening after normal work hours thinking someone would give me a call back in a day or two. I actually received a call (I forget her name) that evening and she asked me how I was feeling and that someone from the office would follow up with me in the morning. I completely did not expect that call after hours and that was very considerate of her. Funny part is I also messaged 2 other Cardiology places in addition to Premier and got calls back 3 and 4 days later (which is way too long in my opinion). Additionally, the Cardiologist I saw was more interested is getting me off medication than he was in adding more to it - this was a big pro for me because these days it seems everyone just wants to write a script. I much appreciated his approach. - I liked the facility and the ladies up from had a good sense of humor - except for the part where I said all my services should be free :) Good people, good facility - try them out. read more

I've never filled one of these out before, but here's my story. In the last 6 mos I had 2 valve's in my heart that we're detected 80% and 100% closed off.   I had surgery on the 80% valve, but still couldn't catch my breath at times and wasn't doing particularly well in my rehab, so I went back to my doctor and told him I still feel tired  and sluggish. He stated that this artery that's 100% closed off, is NOT his specialty.  Because you need to go from the TOP down, then go from the bottom up,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,too much for this doctor so I was glad he said so and he recommended another DR that specializes in this operation.  So we went and had a consult with Dr Nseir.  After the meeting I felt completely comfortable with him doing this procedure,,, After that we scheduled the operation, and everything went well (I'm still NOT sure everything's OK?????) ,,,,until I had questions regarding my operation and how I was feeling after the operation.  I tried calling several times and played phone tag with his asst for a few days,,,then told her to call my wife's phone until we connect.  We finally got thru and I was upset it took a few days to get answers,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,, The process is to have a 1 on 1 with the Dr approx 2 weeks after the operation,,,I had an appt last Friday, drove 1 hr there and the receptionist advised me that the Dr wasn't in and they had tried to contact me prior,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,I wasn't happy driving 1 hr there and nobody seemed to care about my SCHEDULED APPT and rescheduled me into next Monday @ 2 p.m. I checked all our phones and emails,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,you need to double check your statement to customers prior to saying anything because you NEVER CALLED/ TEXTED/OR EMAILED US!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! So I then went back on Monday at 2 p.m. and was told to take a seat and someone would call me back,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,, That lasted for only 1 hr after waiting around,,,,,,,,went to the desk and was told a few more mins,,,,,,,,,,,,,, After I had enough I started leaving for the door and somebody finally came out and called my name.  So I went in and explained that I could feel my heart pumping at times,  and I was worried.  Plus I had pain still in my leg from the opp. After she put me through another heart (EKG) test she was leaving the room and stated that I'm NOT seeing MY DR!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!  I'm seeing somebody ELSE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Now I'm just about losing it,,,,,,,,,I'm there by myself thinking WHY am I here????  They got paid promptly and I'm NOT a second class citizen who wants a maintenance person looking at me after a MAJOR heart operation.  I want my guy!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! So I LEFT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I'm still not sure if I'm getting rehab or NOT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Now my dilemma is I don't trust this company who performed MAJOR heart surgery on me.  If Dr office is this poorly run,,,,,,,and nobody seems to care,,,,,,,,,,,,,,, What do I do?????? Please have plenty of time on your hand when you go for an appointment. My appointment was at 12:25. The office called me the day before and sent me a text the day before, reminding me of my appointment time. Also reminding me to be on time. I was 20 minutes early, but was still sitting there 30 minutes after my appointment time. If I showed up 30 or more minutes late, they would have likely charged me as a no show and then told me to reschedule. read more

I cannot express my gratitude enough to Premier Cardiovascular Center for what they have done for my dad and me. My dad was planning on having surgery but was unable to move forward without seeing a cardiologist first. He was referred to Dr. Klee who ran a test on him but refused to address any concerns we had about the medications he put my dad on. And he didn't have any appointments for 2 months to even discuss the results of the test, leaving my dad waiting for at least 2 months until he could have surgery. That was unacceptable to me considering the discomfort he was in. Not to mention how serious the side effects were of the medication he put him on. I did some research and called Premier Cardiovascular Center. Melinda handled my call and was incredible. She could hear the desperation in my voice and squeezed us in THE NEXT DAY. Incredible!!!!!!! She was so sweet and helpful and was patient with me while I gathered all the medical info from my dad and his previous dr. We met with Dr. El Khoury and he was equally amazing! He was patient, took his time explaining everything to us, reviewed the test Dr. Klee had run, and made us feel truly cared for. He cleared my dad for surgery and even visited him while he was in the hospital. I have been so impressed with their practice from start to finish.
