Mind you I only know this from randomly inquiring on when I would receive more information on school starting. The lady that answered advised I was misinformed and that it's a lottery program. Thats funny because when I reached out to Henry county they are the ones that advised me to try the daycare to get a secured spot when my son didn't receive a spot at my zoned elementary school. I even offered to switch my son's daycare to theirs to ensure he would have a PreK spot. I was told they didn't have any available 4 year old spots. She said their students moving up would receive a spot first and that they had 4 remaining spots which is why I camped outside with my then 5 month old twins trying to get my 4 year old a spot. Funny thing.. no one called to tell me I was on a waitlist after I completed all paperwork. So I called one of their other centers and asked how the GA pre K went and was advised it was NOT like the public school system lottery its first come first served and they had no spots. This is so unprofessional as it seems like my son was bumped to accommodate others they wanted to receive a spot. I was told the day I went that I had secured the first spot only to be told months later "oh you were misinformed ". Now that school starts in two months ALL the pre K spots are full. This infuriates me as I just wanted my son in a school environment instead of a daycare setting. It's clear the ones that wanted to receive spots got one..... so unprofessional. However, I take this as a sign that the professionalism would have been an issue later down the line. This says a lot to me. Very Very Very disappointed.

I was told they do not allow walk-in tours and that I would need to come back the very next day for a scheduled tour. Considering this daycare is a 45-minute drive from where I live, I rearranged my schedule and made the trip back the following day. I arrived about 10 minutes before my scheduled tour time, only to be greeted by front desk staff who were rude, arrogant, and acted as if I was bothering them from the moment I walked through the door. What made the experience even more frustrating was that they then informed me there were no available spots for one of my children -- despite us discussing my children and their ages the day before. This information should have been communicated before having me drive all the way back out there. It completely wasted my time and showed a major lack of professionalism and organization. As a parent, customer service and kindness matter, especially when trusting people with your children. Unfortunately, the staff made me feel unwelcome and disrespected rather than valued as a prospective parent looking for childcare. Based on this experience, I would not recommend this daycare.

Called me everyday about nothing. Then once I had enough & decided to take them out she said she's going to make sure my kindergartener is held back because he stressed her out not because he cannot do the work but because he wouldn't sit down (he's 5) & do not give them outside time at all. Worst decision ever, Gods love is not in this building. I get a money hungry energy when I'm there. It gives "janky promoter" with the staff. I gave Ms. Monica all the information she requested a week before I arrived at the daycare. She was very loving and helpful. When I arrived at Royal Learner's, I did not get a warm welcome and the Director Rhonda was rude. She couldn't find the paperwork that I'd submitted to Ms. Monica. To make a long story short, I didn't have a great first impression. A few weeks ago, my child was pushed in the back and fell face forward on the floor. I didn't receive a phone call about this incident. I walked in while the Director was trying to console him. His nose was bleeding and he was crying hysterically. The teacher and the Director didn't even tell me what happened right away. Another parent that was picking up their child told me what happened. Afterwards, the teacher came with the incident report trying to explain what happened. Almost 4 weeks later, the Director nor the teacher has yet to ask me if my child's nose is okay! He walked around with a bruised nose for a week! The parent who witnessed the incident is the only person that has asked me about my child's nose. Along with the Director, the staff doesn't always speak when I come in to drop off or pick up my child. Camera 12 has been out for 15 days now. That's a service that I pay for and need because I don't have a peace of mind while my child is in daycare. I am looking forward to moving him soon!

The school provides a wholesome breakfast lunch and snack for the kids. There are a few good people at this place. One being the director Megan, Amber and Elicia in the infant's room. I wish them the best. I believe they care. I am a foster mom and enrolled my 4-month-old there in October. I have had many issues since they beginning. One major issue is the lack of communication with the teachers. I complained in February about this to the owner, Rammelle. One of the teachers was let go. Everyday I take 3 water baby bottles for my daughter and formula separated into a different container. One Friday, they only fed my daughter 1 bottle all day (from 9am - 5pm). She had a runny nose that day. At pickup, her nose was so crusty. They had not cleaned it all day. These issues were reported to my DFACS caseworker. I informed the assistant director that Monday and told them that it better not ever happen again. Again, there was no communication as to why she WAS NOT FED. She was not sick or teething at this time. I was heartbroken to know my 6.5-month-old only had one bottle all day. I was told this was due to turnover with the teachers and new ones being in the room. There is no excuse for this type of treatment. They finally got a few teachers in the babies' room that are nurturing and caring. 2 weeks ago, 4-5 days before my adoption was finalized, I got a call that said one of the teachers let my baby fall out of her arms as she was visiting the infant's room. She had a nasty place underneath her eye. I am sorry, but you do not let a baby "accidentally" fall out of your arms on the floor. They moved my 10.5-month-old daughter to the infant's room last week. The workers in this room are not qualified to babysit my dogs. Their names are Amanda and Emily. They were too lazy to even introduce themselves the first day I dropped her off in that room. I had to question them for their names. While in the infant's room, they started feeding her stuff like hamburgers, pickles, and meatballs without notifying me or talking to me about it. 2 days ago, I got another call from the owner, Rammelle, saying my daughter had been bitten by another baby. She sent the video. I was not happy, but no marks were left, and I understand things like this occasionally happen. Yesterday, my sitter picked my baby up from daycare. When she got home, she immediately brought her to me. She is a very tiny baby and had the nastiest bite mark on her arm. The incompetent people at this school did not do an accident report, call me, or report it to the owner. Rammelle had no clue when I called. She did track down the video and send it. As Emily picked my child up after this injury, she was not kind or nurturing. She almost dropped her and seemed to sling her around. My child will not be neglected any longer. I went to pick up her things today and to inform them that she would not be back. I tried to have a conversation with the two teachers (dumb and dumber). Amanda would not even look at me. I demanded that she look me in the eyes. She made a nasty comment to me, "I have 10 kids to watch. If you want that type of care you need to hire a nanny!!!!" I guess it is too much to ask these teachers to feed your child as you state and keep them from getting injured. I questioned Amanda on not feeding her as I stated last week. She said to me, "Your child does not eat for me!" So, she let her go hungry and did not communicate with me?!? I sincerely hope this helps others who are looking at this daycare and I hope it will protect other children. I am sorry for the good people at this place who care about children. The bad ones are ruining it for them. The owner has reached out And threatened me With a lawsuit for reporting these violations to the state.
