We love being a Cedars family! The staff is great and I am so happy we have our kids here. My 4yo daughter's teacher is Mrs. Cece and she is amazing! She always has fun lesson plans and crafts for the kids. She really puts in her all when taking care of these children and it shows. I love hearing from my girl what they're learning about at school! My 9 month old daughter is in the Infant class. Her teachers, Mrs. Mikayla and Mrs. Ruby are wonderful! I spend my lunch breaks in this room to give my daughter medicine so I get to witness how they are with all of the babies. Let me tell you, those babies are well fed, clean diapered, and filled to the brim with love and cuddles! I'm so glad that Mrs. Taylor is the director. I feel at ease knowing she's running things. She is so positive and loves all of the kids here. It amazes me that she knows everyone's name and doesn't let anyone pass her by without a hello! You'll often find Mrs. Dawn at the front desk waiting to greet you with a smile. She pops into the infant room sometimes and those babies faces light up when they see her! We see Mrs. Melisa in the hallway every morning serving up breakfast to each classroom. She always says good morning to my daughter with a big smile on her face. Thank you for the sunshine vibes in the morning Mrs. Melisa! Mrs. Alexia is a hoot! All of the big kids have so much fun with her and I know she is helpful in the baby room as well. Mrs. Krystal is always smiling and happy to help out in any way. Anytime I've had questions about anything going on at Cedars, she's been right there to help me out! read more

Cedars in Oakwood has truly been a Godsend for our family. Cedars has helped us transform our child from one who was very unhappy at his prior daycare to a child who loves his school, his teachers, his day. In the morning, he says he is happy to go to school!! In the evenings he is excited to share everything about his day there. His prior daycare environment was destructive and so unhealthy for him. We did not realize the difference in care until we removed him from his prior daycare and came to Cedars. Thank God we made the change! Since joining Cedars, we've seen our child blossom in ways we only hoped for. He is thriving, flourishing! The staff's kindness, attentiveness, and commitment to each child's well-being and development have been incredible. They go beyond the usual care, creating a nurturing, joyful environment where children are encouraged to be themselves, build friendships, and feel valued. I am amazed at how Cedars invests in our child to be his best, to reach beyond what he is already capable of. Our children have been at Cedars in Oakwood for over 4 years and we've been so pleased with their care and growth. They've had many amazing teachers and the office staff has always been helpful and kind. Ms. Dawn and Ms. Kayla do so much and are always available for a question or a quick hug. Ms. Angel and Ms. Towanna are the BEST pre-k duo in the state of GA. They make such an amazing team and the kids in their class have learned so much already this year. Ms. Yolanda, Ms. Stephanie & Ms. Jasmine have done wonders for my daughter's 3-year-old class. That can be a tough age and they have perfect personalities to work with those kiddos and keep them in a structured routine. I would like to give a shout-out to Hannah, one of the teachers in the Infant A classroom, as a truly exceptional daycare teacher. She shows genuine love for the children and her work every day. From the moment the babies arrive, she greets them with hugs and comfort, helping them feel safe and loved right away. Hannah also does a wonderful job keeping parents connected by regularly sending photos of the children playing and enjoying their day. As the parent of an 11-month-old, these updates provide so much reassurance and reinforce the trust I have in her care. Cedars is fabulous. My children have been attending since 2020 and I would not want to be anywhere else. They are family and my boys love everyone. The office staff, Rachel, Dawn, Taylor, Krystal-always greet with a smile. My 4 year old loves Ms. Melissa in the kitchen and has to go there first thing every morning to give her hugs. Ms. Ia (Alexia) is definitely a joy to see everyday. Prek teachers Lauren and Merritt are wonderful and my son loves going to school because of them. My youngest son can be a handful but with the love and patience of Mrs. Cece and Ms. Elisa he is doing so great in school. read more

Hannah in the Infant A room is an amazing teacher. She truly loves the babies and it shows every day. She always greets them with hugs or by holding them when they arrive, which helps them feel safe and comfortable right away. Hannah also keeps parents in the loop by sending pictures throughout the day. She does fun arts and crafts with the babies for holidays and special events, which is so special to see. Knowing our child is happy and well cared for makes a huge difference. We are so thankful for Hannah, and she absolutely deserves to be recognized as a great teacher. read more

We love Cedars! My son has gone here since he was six months old, and is in Pre-K now. They've been an important part of my family. We especially love Ms. Kevione and Ms. Yudith, his Pre-K teachers. They are so patient and kind and can also match my son's energy! We also love seeing Ms. Lauren's smiling face every morning at drop off, along with Ms. Alexia and Ms. Zoey at pick up from after school, and Ms. CeCe too! I love this school. I have had 5 children go to this school all the way from infants to prek. I would not go anywhere else. Mrs. Cece is a great role model for the students and other teachers. she is always trying to come up with new ideas. she really loves the kids like they are her own.
