On Nov 20,2024, I purchased a laptop from City Pawn. It was late and I was in a hurry and I was assured the computer worked properly. I took it home and could not even log on. It still had Windows 8, had numerous viruses and malware. I took it back and they gave me the "all sales are final" routine. I have done business with this store several times and never had a problem so I had no reason to doubt them when they said the computer was in good working order. They refused to refund, replace or repair the computer which they misrepresented to me as working. I took it to a repair shop and had $100 worth of work done on it. It is still nearly unusable. I appealed to the owner of the business and have yet to hear back from him. Don't trust these people. read more

Walked in ...wasn't greeted or asked if I needed help..stood at counter and was ignored as if I was invisible. I'll take my business and money elsewhere. read more
