It still had Windows 8, had numerous viruses and malware. I took it back and they gave me the "all sales are final" routine. I have done business with this store several times and never had a problem so I had no reason to doubt them when they said the computer was in good working order. They refused to refund, replace or repair the computer which they misrepresented to me as working. I took it to a repair shop and had $100 worth of work done on it. It is still nearly unusable. I appealed to the owner of the business and have yet to hear back from him. Don't trust these people.
