They explained it was likely due to them not being familiar with the home. And also said the dust bunnies left under the middle of the dining room table were likely stuck to the chair legs. (But they were literally in the middle of the floor under the table). They did offer to come back and reclean a couple days later but that didn't work in my schedule so I just cleaned it myself. I sent photos of the missed areas to be clear about what was missed. I was told open feedback was welcome. They were supposed to come back and clean monthly. A couple days after I confirm scheduling for their next cleaning (yes I was willing to give it another chance) I get an email that they won't be returning as we aren't a fit. The complaint included that I was unable to get on the phone and talk to them (I'm on the phone all day with work so couldn't answer when they called so provided everything to them in text message). -and that they were frustrated I cleaned the areas myself rather than having them come back at an inconvenient time for me. I didn't ask for any of my money back from the deep clean and was willing to have them back to try regular cleaning. Go ahead and give them a try but when they miss areas be prepared that they will just cancel you rather than taking the feedback and improving. Very unprofessional.

While Megan and Rachel are wizards at design and listening to client's personal styles, it is important to note that their services go beyond simple aesthetics. They were incredibly involved with the physical design of the space, which included frequent communication with our construction company and subcontractors, ensuring that everything was accomplished according to the plan. This included but was not limited to: designing lighting plans; meticulously designing and measuring cabinetry, and then working with the cabinet maker and subs to ensure a correct fit; swooping in to fix address all the issues, from fixture placements to counter heights to wall lengths. Their attention to detail along the way was truly astounding and their knowledge of home workmanship is unmatched. There was never a problem they couldn't fix or an issue that they couldn't untangle.
