All this to say, I started my search for a designer with a dream for my space, but also with a heavy heart and a substantial amount of dread. I discovered Space Reimagined through a Google search and was immediately drawn to the professionalism of the website and the beautiful project photos. Jackie returned my call to inquire the same day, and put me at east right away with her friendliness, competence, and confidence. After a lovely a phone conversation, followed by a visit to my home to tour the space, I knew in my heart that I'd lucked into something wonderful. From literally day one through the final walk-through, Jackie made me feel completely taken care of. Her knowledge of the industry, exemplary taste, and deep commitment to my comfort with every decision never wavered. She truly listened to me, spent countless hours talking me through each step, and continuously impressed me with her ability to keep straight the countless details a full-house remodel entails. Jackie's communication skills are exemplary. She provided me with updates almost every day and held fast to the timeline she set early on. Throughout the several months we worked together, there was never a challenge that arose that Jackie wasn't right on top of. Projects of this size inevitably have their twists and turns, but Jackie was always one step ahead with a solution (sometimes more than one!) Throughout the project, Jackie remained incredibly accessible. She made time for my questions and ensured that I had I had all the information needed to inform each decision. I could go on and on, but the end result is that I am overjoyed with my newly remodeled home and truly feel that discovering Space Reimagined was the best thing to happen to me in 2023. I would recommend Jackie without reservation to anyone considering a project of any size, and (almost) feel sad my home is complete, because it means my time with Jackie is over! We felt this could greatly improve our home, and a designer was needed to get the best return on the work. Kaitlyn was essential to our process. Preparation is Key. We used photos and ideas from magazines, websites and other sources to show your designer. We started by identifying our "needs" and "wants". Then we went to determine what's most important to you to help manage costs. The team walked through each item on our list to understand function and cost. We went shopping to look at fixture options. Having a general idea of the fixtures you like (tubs, sinks, etc.) is helpful, as their dimensions affect the design. It's best establish a budget range so the designer can make recommendation. Kaitlyn helped us through the process, and we went over budget so my tips may help. She offered alternatives however we like what we like. The best part of the process was the communication. The portal used to send updates worked great. Kaitlyn allowed us to express our ideas, preferences, and concerns clearly and honestly. She took all of that and worked out a layout that was far beyond our dreams. She kept us actively involved in the design process and provide timely feedback. All the right steps were taken during the design process. TheRemodelGroup maintained open communication with us and helped us create a beautiful and functional bathroom design that hopefully will meet our needs and enhance our home.

They followed through and met all the goals we mutually set. What really impressed me was how they accommodated some special needs we had. For medical reasons, I have to be able to take a bath approximately every 72 hours, though 48 is better. They made sure to set things up so that I never had to go more than three days without tub access. We did have a problem with one supplier, Kohler. They sent two subtly different colored shower wall panels. Though we looked at them outside before installation, because we hadn't checked them side by side once indoors, we didn't realize the mistake after installation took place. Kohler not only sent the wrong colored panels, they continued to shoot past every single delivery date they gave us for months. We were supposed to get the panels at the end of November. They didn't arrive until March and it upped the cost of the project because THE Remodel Group had to demo out what was first installed and then install the proper product. Because I approved what we saw before it was installed, they could have told me "Not our problem, you need to pay for it," but they didn't. They cut their rate for the demo and reinstall to labor only. Even months after the project was done, THE Remodel Group continued to advocate on our behalf for Kohler to reimburse us for that extra cost and yesterday, Steve delivered the check in person. While the project did have delays, it was out of THE Remodel Group's hands. Every single person I've ever talked with about having a contractor work on the house has had horror stories about their contractors. While we did have a problem with the project, THE Remodel Group was absolutely perfect. We recommend them to anyone and everyone. They will be our first and only call when we want to remodel our other bathroom and kitchen in the future.

Their craftsmanship, communication and attention to detail were unmatched. They work with the best in the business. It was such a great experience that I wake up every day full of gratitude for them and for what they helped us build. I am so glad it's finished, but sometimes I wish we were still working on it because it was such a joy picking out all of the beautiful elements and watching them come to life in the space. Guests are blown away, and everyone loves being at our home. It is elegantly designed and can fit lots of friends and family, but is cozy and welcoming at the same time. We hired this company in September 2025 for a full home remodel and paid about $60k in deposits and progress payments. Throughout the project, we were repeatedly told the home would be move-in ready by mid-November and that a guest bathroom was "usable." When we arrived onsite on Nov 27, we found unsafe and unusable conditions that were later confirmed by two independent licensed GCs, including damage to drywall and paint, tile that had to be removed to access underlying damage, exposed electrical work, plumbing done without permits, and partially constructed areas left unsafe. We later learned the GC was not licensed in Washington State, permits were never pulled, and subcontractors had not been paid despite our payments. Subcontractors contacted us directly about payment and lien concerns. Our insurance claim for resulting property damage was denied due to workmanship exclusions. As of January 2026, the home is still uninhabitable and must be redone by licensed professionals. We're posting this to help others avoid a similar situation.

First let me say that I am happy with the way my kitchen turned out. Now, first the name implies that they will help you Design your dream kitchen, this is a misnomer. They do not even help you pick colors or materials that will go together or help avoid dark colors in a small space. You are on your own! After you have made all the decisions, they will create a beautiful mock up. They did listen to the changes we wanted in cabinet height and placement, but they did not want to give their opinion on anything, which I kind of understand, but we asked for their thoughts and opinions. The employees: the two lead guys, hmm.. well at first Grayson was great to work with, at the end of the job he wasn't even nice and tried to not complete work to be done (It did get done, but he was not happy about doing it) The majority of the workers were great and efficient, they were very good about cleaning up each night. The lead, Al, was a sexist jerk. He often spoke to my son, instead of me, while I was standing right there! If my husband was home, he ignored me completely, until one of the men would call him on it. He whined when I pointed out that he missed putting up a trim piece, he said, "No one will notice". One of the other employees (the owner's son) said, "I cut a trim piece for that location, it's going on." Al was annoyed, but it was done. Dan, the owner came by twice and is a very nice man and he is very knowledgable. His son and they other crew were really good. The salesman Larry, very nice man but he is a salesman and should probably go to a few construction projects before he sells things can't/won/t be provided. Grayson was professional for the most part, it was just at the end, when he just wanted to be done (I get that, I wanted it done, too), that he wasn't. Al was a jerk! He spoke down to me and grumbled a lot. The craftsmanship was fantastic!! If I have one complaint, it is that there is a couple of bumps under my flooring, most likely the floors weren't checked or swept before the flooring was put in.
