I feel like the lawyer should still have some type of communication with the client. Regardless of updates or no updates on the case. I have several records of calls, emails and text messages where Christopher Ramirez has not responded. Hope someone else doesn't fall for the promises of helping you get your family member out on a habeas corpus. I'm glad someone else got a better experience but mines has been the worst. 5,000 down the drain for a service I feel was not provided with. I will also file a Grievance with the State Bar.

The problem I have is the time it takes for someone to return a call, the time it takes for to know if the attorney will take your case and when they say they will call you back with a recommendation for a possible lawyer who will take your case, but never call you. It took a month for this office to let me know they could help my family. This may not be the case for everyone but it took me another month to find a lawyer who said my family's case was not a big deal and could help us. Probate is a terrible issue it shouldn't be terrible to get a lawyer.
