One of the main reasons we booked them was because they were the only catering company we could find that encorporated composting. This was a must need for our zero waste wedding but little did we know how great everything else would be. When planning, Kristin offered custom dishes which we immediately jumped on. She and her team replicated our favorite dish from the trip on which we got engaged and it came our delicious! This was such a special option that really set them apart from other caterers. Not to mention, our guests are still raving about how good the food was - some even said they were going to try and replicate it themselves because they enjoyed it that much. Also the bar service was impeccable! Ryan was so wonderful to work with. He helped us create the bar menu to fit all our parents request that still worked in our budget. They serve it every last Friday I believe, and you should be there with me every last Friday of the month ordering it. I was gladly impressed. I got the spicy tuna, but I could've mixed in spicy shrimp and tempura shrimp (next month). Then after I was full I had 2 oatmeal cookies ( complimentary with the fish fry I'm assuming) and they matched the rest of the meal, awesome. Staff were great, new what they were doing, very helpful and friendly to my guests and stayed in the background working hard behind the scenes. I had multiple compliments (and no complaints) about the quality of the food. Burgers were tasty and juicy off the grill. Corn was crunchy and sweet. Hot sauce was the best I ever had. He makes his own BBQ sauce and his baked beans recipe includes little bits of sausage that adds a great texture and flavor to the recipe. They cleaned up nicely and left us all remaining food to bring home. Prices were competitive and very fair. I would definitely use this service again and I highly recommend it.
