I first heard about them a few months ago as they were all over my facebook feed. So they actually became one of the sponsors at the bayou arts festival and it was such great fun. Their props are a blast and the guys who run the booth know how to interact with the customers. It makes you want to act silly! My favorite thing about these guys is the border though. The custom borders are very classy and not cheesy. The all black cube keeps it very sleek. The pictures come out almost instantaneous. My room was on the 3rd floor so I took the elevator up and once on the 3rd floor it was EXTREMELY hot (at least 80 degrees) So I assumed my room was feel the same way and to my surprise it felt HOTTER, so I decided to attempted to try to get my mind off of the temperatures I tried to turn the tv on and it was NOT working to I called the front desk and was told "maintenance isn't here tonight" so I didn't worry about the tv around 11PM, I received a message via the Marriott chat app saying that my card declined and needed to be processed again due to how late it was I decided to just let them know to charge the card on file and they said they would need to insert it" once I awoke the next day I decided to go to the front desk and the manager said to not worry about the message which left me befuddled. Overall I would stay again under different circumstances.'

Our Family Was Displaced for FIFA -- Even with a Signed Agreement…read more We planned our 2026 Family Reunion at this hotel. Signed the contract. Received the booking link. Shared it with our entire family. We were in the middle of collecting payments when we received a call saying everything was canceled because FIFA is coming to Houston. Our dates have been set for four years. The hotel knew that. We already printed, posted, and shared the lodging information. To be told "Your block is canceled, you should consider changing your event dates or moving to Clear Lake" was shocking. Changing the dates would disrupt hundreds of people. Moving the hotel 30+ minutes away makes no sense for our elders or our family events, all located in Houston's Historic Third Ward. Hilton chose profit over people, plain and simple. But most importantly--they treated a signed agreement like it meant nothing. This was unprofessional, dismissive, and a huge disruption to our planning. Future guests should be aware.

Desk was huge for those who combine work with leisure.
