I have been renting from this place for years, the owners are good hard working people and will do anything humanly possible to make sure your event is top notch. I have rented tables, chairs, tents, blow up jumpy things, and water slide OH MY. I am not much of a patty animal, but when I need something I know I can depend on this company to come through. I communicated via email with this company for an event for a week only to be told 5 days before the event all equipment has been rented because I didn't pay a deposit that was never asked of me. Found them on google yes they help me get tables and chairs for a good price but when we picked them up the tables were dirty and chairs were ugly then when we got home to set up two chairs were broken. We made do with what we had when it was time to return them on Sunday on the way to the place my husband had a blow out on the freeway. I called to let her know we err running late but she told me she wasn't going to wait because she had dinner plans.. she didn't care we had a blow out so was so unsympathetic. Long story short she told us to bring them back on Tuesday and she was going to charge us for another day. Worst place ever lady or owner was so rude never going back to this place ever again!!!!!!!!!!!!! There are a lot of other places to rent tables and chairs so please do Yes we picked them up ourselves and we saw how dirty they were what was I suppose to do tell you that they are dirty were you going to clean them that moment? Yes we changed dates due to BAD weather which was out of our hands then you kept saying you missed out on sales on those white chairs which I understand but I was a customer too that spent money as well.. this site is to rate businesses so that's what I'm doing. We rented a moon walk and some tables and chairs for my son's 2nd birthday. The service and price were great. After installing the moon walk, they cleaned it thoroughly. The kids had a lot of fun! We will use them again in the future for sure. read more

The manager is so unprofessional. I am having a housewarming party and I went ahead and booked my rentals after she clearly said that it will be free delivery. 10 minutes later she calls me and she says it's a $30 delivery fee. I then asked why did she say it was free, she said she forgot to ask for my delivery address and it's not eligible. 1) They're located in Pearland and my house is in Pearland. 2) This is something she should have cleared out before getting my card information. I asked if I can speak to a supervisor she said I am the manager, I told her I will be canceling she said ok go ahead. I then told her I will be letting everyone know on a google review. She said "Do whatever you want!" And hung up. She missed out on $250.00 over her rudeness. read more

I used them for a party in June and I have no complaints. I rented tables, chairs, fans, margarita machine, and a bounce house. They accommodated my timetable for delivery and pickup. They were extremely friendly and helpful. I rented a waterslide the next day and it was more fun than I expected. The tables required tablecloths, but that was expected. I had death in the family and 1st was told no refund on my deposit. However, the young lady was nice enough to speak with the owner about it and call me back. She called back promptly within 10 minutes stating they will refund my deposit. I really appreciate it and will definitely booked something with them in the future. read more

I'm being beyond generous with a 1 star rating. Although the delivery was prompt and on time , the pickup service was horrible. I rented a rodeo them moonwalk and a nacho cheese dispenser from this vender. I'm not sure if the lady that picked up these items is the owner of this company, but what I can tell you is that she could really use a few lessons in customer service. Her attitude was nasty, rude, and unapologetic. The nacho cheese dispenser did not work . Despite being setup and plugged up by the guy who delivered it (whom was really nice by the way) . Upon preparing to serve food at my party we discovered that the cheese inside of the machine was still at 80 degrees and cold . We checked to make sure it was plugged in and gave it about 30 more minutes, the temperature never increased, despite being plugged up since 12 noon and the time now was 4. So my servers were forced to come up with a plan b . When the lady came to pick up the machine at 6 we brought to her attention that the machine wasn't working and had been plugged up all day. This rude lady blamed it on the plug outlet, even though the other crockpot that was also plugged into the exact same out was on and working. She claimed that we should have called her and told her that it wasn't working. Now imagine someone saying this to you in the most rude way with the most snappiest attitude on a day you're having a celebration. Basically the blame was thrown onto me the customer instead of the owner taking responsibility for renting out a faulty machine. I will definitely pay attention to the star ratings on yelp for now on. read more

Do not rent from this company, they are overpriced, rude and unprofessional. They delivered faulty equipment to me and called me a liar. I called them out the same day once the damages were brought to my attention BEFORE the party stated and they accused me of lying and miss use of equipment. I was also hung up on by the owner when I called to speak with him about my complaint about the equipment and rude driver. WORST COMPANY EVER FOR ANY PARTY RENTAL. NEVER AGAIN!!!! After booking our slide and paying the deposit, we got a call saying our slide was booked. She offered a bigger slide for only $50 more instead of the $100 more that size slide is usually. I agreed then was told there was a $25 delivery fee they would waive, mind you - were 1 mile outside of their "zone" of 10 miles. Upon arrival, it it was not the slide we were told. The owner was so rude, he immediately told his guy to take it was down, hollering in front of my child before even trying to rectify the situation. He said there was no way we were told another slide, etc. All I know is the slide they brought was not what we booked. I felt taken advantage of. Then I was charged tax. Normally not Nota problem, I know just felt totally bamboozled by this company and even if I was wrong, the way the owner treated me was totally uncalled for. Doing price comparisons, we were way overcharged. We will never use them again. There are plenty of other companies, do your research - find someone else. They made no effort to leave us as happy customers. There was a $203.86 balance. I had $200....he said, "Well, you you can just give $3, we'll call it even." $3!!! .86 cents is not a doing me any favors when you were rude and didn't have the slide I booked available. He said we got an even bigger slide, that the one I thought we were getting is broken. So now that's 2 slides, one booked, one broken and it get stuck with a crappy customer service and a discount...of .86 cents after your $50 up charge you called a "deal." Keep your "deals" Sir, and I'll keep my referrals for those who deserve it. read more
