They didn't show up until moments before the ceremony was about to start and the wedding party and is guests had to help set up because they cut it so close. The bride requested the arbor be set up on the sand and they couldn't do it (wrong type). Now after several of us guests wrote reviews on their FaceBook page they have (Unpublished) the page. Instead of apologies and maybe refund they claim they did nothing wrong ..... poor business practices all around .... think twice before using this outfit

Rude and obnoxious and over priced Went in to buy 9…read morecostumes for the renaissance faire - was with my children I was told they couldn't take the costumes off the shelves - ok no problem I get that- u was told they can't take costumes out of the bags- I get that too - there were signs posted of that rule - but when I went to send a picture of a costume to my sister to see if she liked it I was told We don't allow cameras or photos of our merchandise - I explained I was sending my sister a photo since she couldn't make it and she said no exceptions I asked if there was a posted sign to this affect and I was told it's a general store policy and they don't post signs stating this (despite signs being posted all over the store about not taking costumes out of the bags) it's not that she was dictating and laying rules the entire 8 minutes I was in the store - whatever to each it's own - it's the fact I was getting an attitude about it and being dismissed as a patron of the store - I went in with the intention to purchase 9 costumes she was told this when we walked in but obviously our business wasn't welcome there from the attitude we received They also have signs posted 25% off costumes - one if the children's costumes I was looking at was 49.99 in party lane (about 36.50 after the discount). I found the same costume for 24.99 at the other store funny thing is if it wasn't for the obnoxious attitude which forced me to walk out of the store I would have purchased the costume from party lane without thinking twice I found my costumes at another local store and luckily Party lane was so rude because the other store was much more reasonable price wise, much more helpful and much more appreciative of my business

The diagnosis cost $46. I took it to a friend for a second opinion. What it actually needed was a $.35 C-clamp!! I called Richard's after having it repaired to let them know and I was told "good for you!" No apology for trying to stiff me and charging me for a fake diagnosis.

Was able to use the machine for about two hours to remove some mulch in my yard before machine got stuck because lack of traction. Spent the next 2 to 3 hours digging the machine out. Called them back to ask if they would drop off a machine with better tires and I was told they could not help me. Told him at that point they might as well come get it it does me no good. They came out and picked it up about six hours after dropping it off. Received a call back today regarding request for a partial refund being I got two hours worth of use out of an eight hour rental and was told the machine has four hours on it and there's nothing they could do. Explain to them that anything after two hours was me getting the machine out of a hole it was stuck in and they did not care. decided at this point to just dispute it with credit card company and let them hash it out when I told him that was my intention if we could not reach an agreement I was told doesn't matter to them they usually win.
