I honestly cannot believe how bad this place has gotten. In my opinion, the owners -- especially Erica -- are unbelievably rude, dismissive, and act like customers are an inconvenience. The milkshake I received was so thin and flavorless that I genuinely thought it was a joke. Calling it a "milkshake" feels generous. But the real problem is the state of the place. Based on what I've personally seen on multiple visits, the cleanliness is completely unacceptable. I've seen cockroaches on the counters, floors, even the walls. My daughter's friend, who used to work there, told me they've been dealing with this issue for months -- which honestly lines up with what I witnessed. If this is how the establishment is being run, then it's no surprise the place feels like it's falling apart. I don't know how a business can operate with this level of disregard for hygiene, employees, and customers. I'm at the point where I feel like health authorities need to take a look I'm done giving this place chances. I won't be back, and I hope management finally takes responsibility instead of brushing off concerns. Do better -- seriously read more

Best ice cream in the area, hands down. Cookies n cream is loaded with soft chocolate cookies. Almond joy has a super natural fresh coconut flavor and packed with hand shaved nuts and coconut. Ice cream itself had a great creamy texture. Erica, who served us and owns the store with her husband, was extremely nice, and didn't mind us wanting to try a few flavors. Great spot overall. They would have the best ice cream in point if they were in town! read more

I've tried this place several times, I kept going back to support a local business. The milkshakes taste more like flavored milk or melted ice cream...I've also gotten icecream that has frost burn. I've also heard that they never paid schools dine to donates that they were apart of, so that left a bad taste in my mouth. With the things I've heard people say about this place, it always comes down to the wife's behavior. I hope she sees this and makes some changes, if not I don't see how long this place would stay opened. read more

We love You Scream Ice Cream whether it's for the best ice cream cake ever(my favorite is banana bread bottom, cookie crumble & vanilla on top), stopping in a night after baseball or having them at our parties with their truck (HUGE HIT)!!!!!!!!!!!!! Good selection of ice cream and various other ice cream based treats. Minimal seating inside, but they have to go options, so maybe don't plan to eat your ice cream there. The set up is pretty straightforward and looks like your standard counter service ice cream shop. Staff is friendly and courteous. Only real complaint is the parking lot, but because the business shares the lot with other business, it's pretty much out of their control. Was able to visit You Scream Ice Cream truck at Oktoberfest in Fair Haven. I had the pleasure of ordering their Pumpkin Sandwich Cookie with vanilla ice cream- it was A-MAZ-ING!!! The You Scream Ice Cream people just opened an ice cream store in Brick (by the Corner Post Diner at 2791 Hooper Ave Suite 205), and what a treat! For those days that you just need to do ice cream for dinner, I highly recommend this! Pictured below is a Cannoli Gondoli- three scoops of gelato, a cannoli "boat", cannoli cream, and I requested peanuts and Oreo cookies as extra toppings. I opted to substitute ice cream instead of gelato and was not disappointed with my chosen flavors ice cream (Holy Cannoli, Strawberry Cheesecake, and Chocolate Fudge Cake). Portions were generous and the ice cream and cannoli cream tasted fresh! Looks like I'm going to have ice cream for lunch tomorrow. The ice cream was delicious and creamy, however the staff were extremely rude when asked a simple question. Having a dairy allergy and nut allergy, I asked what kind of plant-based milk they used in their vegan ice cream flavors since almond milk has become a lot more frequent I didn't want to risk an allergic reaction. The blonde teenager working that night rudely replied "I don't know. Whatever vegan milk is, we use it." Both girls working that night looked absolutely miserable so either get new staff or train the workers better so they can answer questions without being snobby. read more
