My family has been going to Party Lane 20 years ago from when they were in Bayville NJ. We shop there for anything party related (balloons, plates, napkins, forks, decorations etc). For the past 7 years or so we started throwing parties for the 4th of July in our backyard. Since the weather in NJ is hectic we never know if its going to rain or not and have so many people that wouldn't fit in our home. So now we rent a tent every years (20x30) for people to eat under and a 20x20 tent for food. Its beyond perfect from the moment i book the tent usually dealing with Lorretta/Mark (very polite and easy to work with) until the men come and pick everything up. Ive noticed some negative comments below and want to say i have never ever dealt with any of that stated below and have been going to Party lane/ recommending people to go for over 10 years. Last year we also rented a dance floor that fit well under the tent with a margarita machine which was a huge hit of the party. My sister in law started going to them as well and recently rented the photo booth for her daughters sweet 16. Last weekend we had our annual Summer Start Off party which always turns out to be fantastic. But I would like to thank the business that goes unnoticed most of the time because they are behind the scenes. Party Lane does an AMAZING job for the past 10 years we have had it. I am located on the water with a good size backyard but somehow they manage to get it done perfect every time. Its such an easy process dealing with them from the counter people (Lorretta) to the delivery guys who are very kind and will do anything to make your party spectacular. We usually order a 20x30 superdeal that comes with tables chairs and the tent but this year we switched it up, we ordered a 30x30 and a 20x20 tent, fans in each tent with bistro lights hanging from above. The 20x20 was our dancefloor that we had ordered from Party Lane which turned out to be such a hit. Besides all that we ordered a margarita machine which was the best part of the party. i had a great experience with party lane!! i rented white chairs and a photo-booth for my ceremony and then reception. the photobooth was a blast for all of my guests. even a 90 year old family member of mine jumped in! the chairs really made our backyard beautiful. Set up was not stressful at all, i just arrived and it was all done and ready to go. Joe really did an amazing job setting up and Loretta the owner of party fair is so easy to work with and makes the process worry free. Great customer service- The owner Lorretta and staff went out of their way to fix a issue expperieiced with another local party Supply Store down the street. We ordered balloons [arch/table units] for our Sweet 16 event in Seaside Heights- $375. worth. When delivered this past weekend they were not even close to what we paid for and ordered just a disgrace. I called Party Lane who sent a ballon person over with a helium tank/ballons and corrected what the other store had done. This was all on Saturday 9 24 16 11am. I've used Party Lane Rentals twice now for outdoor parties of 150 to 200 people for our community and they are just fantastic to deal with. From the staff in the store to the guys who set up the tents, tables and chairs! Anything we needed they had and very easy to deal with. For any party or outdoor event I always use Party Lane. They have a wide variety of party supplies, party themes and balloons they met all of my party needs. The store is always well stocked and the employees are so pleasant they really care about their customers. But the best part about this store are their tent and chair rentals. Good day, I was asked to write a review after departing from Party Lane today if I thought they satisfied my needs. Long story short the girl or should I say woman at the counter was very polite and knowledeable. Always had a great experience- very reasonable,nice staff/owners.I have rented tents over the years never a problem again this year 2017. We had a bit of rain yet the party lane staff moved our tent not once but 2'xs and didn't charge us. The ground where I first selected the tent to go became muddy. We rented the dunk tank from the Brick location. When they got to my house, we realized that it was too wide to fit down the walkway and into my back yard. My daughter really wanted the dunk tank. Joey and I figured out a way to get it back there. It took some extra delivery time, but he was very accommodating. It all worked out and my daughter was very happy! The day was a success. read more

Very helpfull people working there. The selection was very big. My son was crying [4 years old] and one of the employees brought him a balloon to help calm him down while we shopped.
