For a small wedding, we had a fantastic experience getting party rentals from Celebrations in Lincoln. We rented tables, chairs, linens glassware and table settings. We originally reserved some items a year in advance and made several changes throughout the year and they easily revised the contract right up to the time of the event. Ordering on the website made it easy, and they offer some different options. We particularly liked the walnut farm tables with the oversized table runner and gold beaded glass chargers. Everything had to be delivered to two sites 100 miles from their store and the deliveries were on time and the delivery people were very willing to drop the items where we needed them. We are working with a wedding caterer who recommended Celebrations for rentals, but their online store was super overwhelming so we decided to go into the Roseville warehouse in order to manually put together our place settings and get a quote. When we arrived on a Saturday afternoon and there were plenty of sales associates ready and willing to help us. We were originally paired with a person who was a very new hire who wasn't quite able to answer most of our questions. Once it was clear we needed more help, a more senior sales associate stepped in to make sure all of our questions were answered. We loved getting to play with different colored linens, and feel all of the different plates etc. Once we set a table with what we loved, we sat down and the two sales associates began building our quote. The price was about where we expected it to be so we thought it was pretty reasonable. We were also super glad for the insider tips they gave us (like that we needed double the amount of salad forks because we would need them for both salad and dessert). We almost definitely will be using their services for our wedding, so it was nice that our first experience with them was a good one! We went with Celebrations upon the recommendation of our planning team. Disclaimer - I never dealt with them directly apart from browsing their site to make styling choices and approve my designer's suggestions. I am not based in California so all the coordination was done by our designer and planner. The price was ok and on the wedding day - all their linens, chairs and decor pieces were good quality (at least it seemed to me). They also agreed to make a last minute reduction on our rental quantity due to COVID19 (our guest count reduced drastically) which I appreciated. The one area that I feel they could improve on - I felt their selections could use a little more variety. For example - I would browse competitor rental sites for decor options then go to Celebrations' site to choose comparable items which they don't have. It felt they had a smaller inventory of stuff (mostly classic pieces) , so if you are a bride that is going for a specific or detailed-oriented look, you will find Celebrations' options lacking. It wasn't a major issue for us as I kept our styling pretty simple and classic. Everything went off perfectly on the wedding day. I'm happy with how things went. read more

I rented all of my needs for my wedding from Celebrations. This includes all of the linen, farm tables, and large for rectangular tables for displays. I also got all of my chairs, serving dishes, dishes, and utensils from them. My experience with Celebrations was amazing. They were extremely professional throughout my entire process of wedding planning. I called or emailed them at least 10 times to change my order and they were always happy to do so. I also came into their showroom a couple of times with my own decorations, and they let me lay out what I wanted my table to look like. They were extremely accommodating with me and my crazy details. On the day of delivery we were given a window of time of which they would be arriving. They also called us 30 minutes ahead of their arrival. When they came, three guys immediately came out of the truck and started setting things up, moving things where we wanted it, and making sure that they were accommodating to our needs. They were there for a total of 3 hours to make sure everything was laid down perfectly. When they picked up they were extremely professional and were sure to not cause any damage or mess to any part of the venue. Although their delivery fee and their damage waiver fees are a bit higher than their competitors, they are well worth their professionalism and their customer service I would rent again from Celebrations in a heart beat. read more
