I planned our small wedding in the Sacramento area and most of the rental places I looked into either looked tacky, outdated, or just had unfriendly staff. I came across Monica at Party Jam and she made everything so smooth and easy. This is a small home-based business but I feel like the reliability is a lot better than the larger rental places. I rented all our tables, chairs, chafing dishes, dinnerware, linen, and some other miscellaneous items from Monica and everything arrived at the time she had promised it would and all perfectly clean and in great condition. The delivery fee at Party Jam is also great because it doesn't feel like you're being completely ripped off for having things delivered 3 miles away. We didn't need to be present for the delivery or pickup either which was extremely convenient after a busy wedding weekend. I would highly recommend renting from Party Jam if you need rental items. Because it is a smaller rental business, some of the extraneous things may not be available like they are at the larger places (i.e.) heaters, etc. but is still well worth renting from! I had called Monica for a last second rental for the following weekend and received her voicemail. Not needing much, she texted within the hour with some questions and then gave me an inexpensive quote. Thrilled, she called me later that evening to receive my card information for payment. When the day came to drop off the rental, she texted me telling me that he was coming within an hour time frame from 11am - noon. He showed up a minute before 11am and was very happy that we rented from them and thanked for the business. When the day came to pick up the rental, she called me telling me that he was 15 minutes away and sure enough, showed up 10 minutes later! Monica and Juan are the best! Super easy to work with. Better prices than competitors. My wife is an artist and is very color-oriented and getting our wedding linen colors just right was really important to her. Monica set up an appointment for us at the showroom and then graciously gave us as much time as we needed to view various combinations of linen colors, take them outside to view them in the light, etc. She was able to accommodate when we wanted to make last minute changes in our rental order. When they made the delivery, they drove the truck down a tricky easement road to get the equipment to where it needed to be in the backyard so we didn't have to haul it ourselves. And then on pickup day, they gave us 4 extra hours to get the stuff together. Those were 4 extra hours we got to spend partying late into the night!
