I've sailed 12 days each on the Edge and the Constellation. I've also done cruises with Norwegian, Royal Caribbean, Princess, Cunard, and Holland America. Celebrity is the best overall cruise line I've experienced. Compared with the most mass-market cruise lines, Celebrity provides better food and better service. I've experienced that myself and I've heard it from others as well. There is a distinctly grown-up vibe on these ships. They aren't specifically family-UNfriendly in any way, but if you're looking for water parks and kids games you might need to look elsewhere. But even though the guests are predominantly mature, that doesn't mean it's a stuffy experience. These ships have high-energy entertainment on their main stage and in other venues on board, and the slate of activities is very upbeat. The shore excursion staff is extremely knowlegable. I find that they are generally more interested in being helpful about the ports of call than they are about being pushy salespeople. The newer Edge-class ships are the ones with the distinctive moving platforms on the sides of the ship. They are really cool, modern, aesthetically pleasing ships. They are also, in my opinion, the ideal size for a cruise ship in that they feel like large, bustling floating cities but they aren't so overpopulated that it's hard to get seats in venues or restaurants. They made a controversial design decision regarding balcony staterooms which I personally don't like, which they refer to as "infinite veranda". Instead of an outdoor balcony separated from the stateroom by a sealed glass door, this veranda section is like an extension of the room with a large window. Opening and closing that window is a hassle, and opening it doesn't have quite the same feeling as having an outdoor balcony. Some like it, though. I just want to reiterate that the service and food on Celebrity is, in my opinion, outstanding. I like going on cruises and Celebrity is definitely my prefered cruise line.

Luxury, Service, and Unforgettable Experiences with Celebrity Cruises! We've sailed with Celebrity Cruises multiple times, and every experience has been nothing short of spectacular! From Alaska on the Celebrity Solstice to the Caribbean on the Equinox and most recently Spain, France, and Italy on the Ascent, each cruise has been incredibly well-organized, with top-notch service and professionalism from the staff. Customer Service & The Retreat Experience One of the biggest highlights of sailing with Celebrity is the exceptional customer service. Every crew member we've encountered has been kind, attentive, and genuinely dedicated to making each guest's experience unforgettable. On our most recent cruise, our butler and service team in the Sky Suite went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed (and more!). We've stayed in Aqua Class for our first two cruises, and while we absolutely loved Blu Restaurant, the bathroom in Aqua Class felt a bit too small for comfort. That's why upgrading to The Retreat experience by booking a Sky Suite was a game-changer! The full-size tub, larger veranda, and access to Luminae made a world of difference. Luminae's dining experience was outstanding--every meal felt like a fine dining experience at sea. For our upcoming Amsterdam, Iceland, and Ireland cruise, we've upgraded to a Celebrity Suite, and we can't wait to enjoy all the amazing perks that come with The Retreat once again! Ship & Amenities Celebrity Cruises knows how to create an elegant, modern, and immaculately maintained atmosphere on all their ships. Whether you book a suite or a general stateroom, you're still getting access to a beautiful vessel with fantastic dining, entertainment, and activities. We personally feel that paying extra for The Retreat is 100% worth it. Yes, the drink packages and WiFi can be pricey, but when you stay in a suite, these are included, making it a much more all-inclusive experience. Excursions Excursions are always well-organized, and while they can be a little expensive, they provide a seamless way to explore new destinations without the hassle of planning everything yourself. The ability to step off the ship and experience another country is absolutely priceless. Final Thoughts No matter what level of stateroom you book, Celebrity Cruises delivers an amazing experience. The service, dining, and overall luxury make every voyage a dream vacation. We'll continue sailing with Celebrity for years to come! If you're considering a cruise, don't hesitate--book with Celebrity!

I've gone with Celebrity to through the Panama Canal to South America, a few Mediterranean cruises, the Baltic to St Petersburg, and repositioning to Japan. I've always found the Galaxy, Constellation, Infinity and Millineum to be pristine, immaculate and overall top notch. The staff is well trained and versed, there is never a wait and they can't do enough for us. Meals are varied, upscale and always delicious. There is so much going on that I never have a chance to open a book. Wifi is reasonably priced and always works, laundry is quick and well done, and the drink package includes gratuities. Dr. Sherry shares information, maps and history prior to disembarking at each port. Bridge tours, kitchen tours, gym classes, trivia, cooking classes, entertainers, musicians, games ... the biggest problem was choosing what to do, there was always so much going on. Yolanda Sheppard was our local connection to Celebrity. She made sure we had all upgrades imaginable, helped us plan our excursions as was a phenomenal resource prior to embarking.

My fiancé, and our girlfriend took a romantic swingers cruise together. The cruise ship was owned and operated by Celebrity but the entire ship was privately chartered to Bliss Cruises as an adults only, clothing optional, swingers cruise. It was a magical experience. I can't go into too much detail here as it was a sexually oriented cruise and these reviews need to be PG rated. Needless to say, it was an incredible experience we won't soon forget. I took most of the photos at night when everyone was asleep as taking photos of the people in compromising positions was expressly forbidden. During the day the pool area was full of naked people having a great time. There were theme nights, a glow party and all sorts of adult fun. It was a swingers hotel takeover on the high seas. We booked through Topless Travel and it was worth every cent. The ship itself was beautiful and well maintained. The staff was extremely pleasant and highly professional. Even with the adult activities going on around them. The food was absolutely fantastic. I'm sure I put on five pounds during the cruise. All we did was "play" and eat for five days. We stopped in the Cayman Islands and Jamaica and had a blast exploring both. We rode horses, snorkeled and shopped. It was pure romance for the three of us. As a threesome, this cruise made us even closer and we shared some wonderful adult experiences with many different people. We slept for 20 hours when we made it back to Denver.

Just came back from my first Celebrity Cruise on the Silhouette - I think I've converted my friend who has never cruised before! We did a short 4 day to Key West and Nassau and it was a perfect first cruise - excellent service, nice modern veranda room, spacious shower, lots of entertainment and for those into luxury goods like my friend, they sell Rolexes, designer bags and Cartier jewelry - all tax and VAT free bc they are pre-owned. I've been on a lot of cruises across various cruise lines and I would say main dining was better than Royal Caribbean but about comparable to NCL or Princess. Buffet was a bit less selection than Royal or Princess. There's still the solarium for adults only which is a nice peaceful pool and jacuzzi area to read and nap. All in all had a wonderful time :)

My wife and I are avid cruisers, having started decades ago on Carnival, 25+ trips, additionally two trips on MS Boheme, around 1972-73 (Now not in service) another no longer in service, 1973; one Royal Caribbean which returned to port days before 9/11 - then moved up to Royal Caribbean's brand, "Celebrity Cruise Lines" about 10+ years ago, have made about a dozen 7 day or longer trips, with another on 11/2/2023 plus two more booked in 2024 so far. The suite accommodations are fine but a wee bit pinched in overall size. The wonderful balconies make the voyage most memorable. Bathrooms provide ultra modern touches - the nicest shampoos, conditioners and so on, spotlessly maintained by very diligent cabin crews several times a day. Shower size is ample and easy to enter and exit - not always the case on some cruise ships. Casual buffet service on the Lido decks is always fabulous. Vast array of choices in many international food options...delicious bakery preparations on view at all times. Main dining rooms are elegant - service staff have never disappointed. Menu choices are always very appealing, somethings on the menu for every palate. Unfortunately the dining room maitre d' still turns a blind eye to uninformed (boorish) guests who come to dinner in shorts. The daily ship's newsletter describes attire that is correct and acceptable, yet some guests ignore this proper courtesy to others by wearing shorts, flip flops and so on. Restaurant managers should enforce a little decorum please. Purser services are always very attentive to cruisers' needs. Entertainment can vary from very enjoyable and memorable to some less endearing but always a fun way to spend time after (or before) dining. Excursions once at port are handled in advance on line, sometimes with savings, or can be attended to at the excursions desk on the ship. There are libraries on all the ships. All the ships have hours scheduled for a future cruise desk, to assist in planning another trip, ofter with good reduced charges and/or extras like cabin credit to use for specialty restaurants, photos, drinks, casino. All very well thought-out. There is an internet cafe on the ships; internet service can be quite speedy but is also quite costly. A tip here: write your emails in your cabin or balcony for example, then in the next port, you will find numerous gift shops with internet "hot spots" and you can easily send off the retained emails and so on. Maybe even complete some FaceTime calls while in port free of charge. All in all - highly recommended for a great experience, great value for the money. Our honeymoon was here, I think the actually name was Celebrity X Cruise (?). Anyways, we were here for a week and we enjoyed it very much. I felt like it was a little cramped and I say that because of the amount of people. We had no interest in the pools which was good because it was always packed. The food was delicious, didn't matter if it was in a buffet, restaurant, bar, or room service. I tried them all and it was delicious . We had three stops (Cozumel, Grand Cayman, and Bimini). Everything went smooth getting off the ship, in the locations, and getting back on the ship. We never got lost or had to worry about anything going wrong while we were in the excursions. We felt like we were in good hands. They have a casino on board but it gets shut down once the ship docks on Grand Cayman (gambling is illegal there so it's an agreement that they have in order to dock there). Grand cayman is nice. We had booked a tour with a guy named Leo, he was very knowledgeable and entertaining, we went to see the caves (very nice). We went to see dolphins in Cozumel. It was a beautiful experience, I recommend that too. Bimini was tiny but lovely. The waters were crystal clear. I called it paradise. The umbrellas are expensive as heck, they try to rip you off so go find shade somewhere (it was like $60 if I remember correctly). Anyways the cruise was great. The activities were fun. We did a trivia one night... we won (bragging rights only lol). We went to an adult game show and that was phenomenal. Sooo funny and fun! I highly recommend it. The waiter that took care of of us on board was fabulous. The gentleman that took care of our cabin was exceptional. They are very big on customer service because they remembered our name before even talking to us. He was very kind and professional. The cabin was pretty. It didn't have a window but let me tell you that we felt great. I thought I'd feel like I was in a closet but that was not the case. It was fantastic. Book your trip with them. It's an incredible experience.

When I booked on TripAdvisor, the tour was listed as being 1hour and 20 minutes. The sail time was listed as 2:30pm with a suggested arrival time of 2pm. We arrived at 2pm on March 19th 2026. We easily found the waiting area...by the Ferris wheel and Hard Rock Cafe. There was no particular order to the line. Once the crew arrived they scanned our digital confirmations and handed us paper tickets. They pulled this wooden ship's wheel out, and began directing us to the wheel to take a photo. We knew this to be a marketing ploy for possible purchase of the photo later. Normally, I do not have an issue with this, I get it. However when we tried to decline the taking of the photo, we were told it was for "safety purposes " and we could always decline the purchase later. Really? I've never heard of such a thing? I felt as though they weren't being honest with us. Once on board, the ship did not pull off until 2:50pm. We returned at 3:50pm. So, in actuality the tour was an hour. The tour let us know about a few historical facts about Biscayne Bay and pointed out celebrity mansions. I know this is a pretty standard tour for the area. This particular one felt rushed with the narrator speaking fast, the music mediocre and not much group interaction. I probably have exhausted my Biscayne Bay tours. I do not see me taking another one, and certainly not with this company.

However, we were very disappointed because the ship was dirty, the smell of gasoline was nauseating at times, and even worse, there was a horrible smell, that of a dead rat or animal of the sort, and trash as well. That aspect made the tour unpleasant and it's unacceptable. THEY NEED TO CLEAN THAT BOAT! PS. The music they play its EXTREMELY LOUD!

The boat was spacious, clean and the crew was very helpful. Great option of snacks and drinks. Jorge from the team did a fantastic job keeping everyone safe explaining the needed safety procedures and politely redirecting people if they stood in an unsafe place or position during the tour. Dr. George has a plethora of knowledge about literally anything we seem to pass by and provides the commentary in a generally neutral and positive way (not always easy to do when discussing Miami's history!). There was also staff onboard from the museum that were very helpful to answer questions. Just a couple points of feedback about the ship: the snack and drink bar seemed to not be able to accept card, due to technical difficulties, which was a bummer since many people nowadays don't have cash. Also, the indoor space at the bottom seemed to be kept very cold. But of course, there were lots of other options for seating including the top that is covered and the front part of the boat had a great view and plenty of room for lots of people.

You should reserve tickets in advance if you want to secure a time. The departure point in Bayside Marketplace, an open air mall and bar / restaurant / entertainment complex in downtown. Parking here (for 2+ hours, which is pretty much required to cover the entire cruise + check-in window) was $34! You are required to check in 45 minutes before departure, probably so they can ensure you don't show up at the last minute and demand a refund. From what I could tell, there were several other boat tour companies also hawking trips from multiple booths at this mall, so maybe you can just walk up for some of them (?). We boarded about 15 minutes before departure. This involved getting forced photos taken, which is always a bad sign to me. If you had arrived early enough (before we did) they even tracked you down before the departure to try to sell you photos. In our case, we just exited afterwards and never got the sales pitch. The cruise itself is not bad. Miami's Biscayne Bay is certainly scenic, and the boats, homes, and skyline you see are interesting. My advice would be to sit on the right / starboard side, as you can generally get better views from there. The cruise starts along the Miami shoreline, then heads out into the bay past various islands. Eventually, you come upon a few areas that are densely developed with high-end homes. The owners of the homes were mostly people whom I'd never heard of - local retiree billionaires who sold pharmaceutical companies, whoever founded Instagram, someone who owns and NBA franchise, etc. Occasionally some name would come up that I had heard of (people recently tried or jailed for things, musicians from a bit further back, etc.). You then pass some even more exclusive island with more generic condos where other celebrities (most of whom I'd heard of) live at least part time. Then you pass the working port area with the cranes and large container ships en route back. The last 10 minutes of the cruise is again the Miami shoreline. The guy doing the narration was good - he seamlessly switched between English and Spanish and sounded fluent in both. There was a bar on board and some of the tour group were quite enthusiastic about it. However, given that I was facing 30+ minutes in Friday Miami rush hour right after the tour, I didn't really want to add alcohol to that scenario. In summary - this wasn't bad, it just wasn't "for us". The scenery was nice, but a lot of the 'content' was stuff I just don't care about.

I understand this is a high-speed boat attraction and have ridden many times. I was simply trying to explain how wind direction and passenger positioning can affect the amount of spray passengers receive. In my experience, captains have previously appreciated these discussions and handled them professionally. Instead of listening, staff repeatedly and aggressively told me that I would get wet, which completely missed the point I was trying to make. When I asked to speak with a captain or supervisor, my request was denied. The situation became increasingly confrontational. I was told not to educate an adult individual at the kiosk about nautical terminology, despite my attempt to explain a legitimate concern. I was also uncomfortable being recorded without my permission. Rather than de-escalating the situation, staff called security and threatened police removal. As a long-time customer, I found that response excessive and unnecessary. I expect better customer service, professionalism, and respect from a business I have supported for years. Management should review how this incident was handled and provide additional training on customer relations and conflict de-escalation.

I used WhatsApp and they respond really quickly. Just provide details like the day, amount of people and the time. You can also book through their website which I also did but WhatsApp was immediate service. We quickly found an option that fit our budget and they send over a contract to sign. A small deposit is due during the time you sign your contract with the remaining balance and tip on the day of your trip. They offer drink and food services but we opted to bring our own as they provide an ice cooler. Our captain, Daniel, was great. He texted me right before and we let him know we were running late. Our Uber dropped us off at the wrong location which made us more late but he still gave us our time back when he did not have to all. Once he helped us onto the boat, he asked where we wanted to go and took us to a small island with other boats. He also gives you full access to the music. They also have an option for a large floatie for everyone to lay out and relax on. I highly recommend this if you're looking for a private boat ride. Prices are very reasonable. Easily our favorite excursion on the trip!

The inside where the kitchen was had a very bad smell! The boat was so out dated! The mat was torn! We had to lay our towels down to sit on bc the boat was so unsanitary! The leather was torn badly! We had to do our own leg work upon boarding (as in picking the captain) and etc. We was told to arrive a hour early just for us to be sitting in our cars! Do I recommend this boat or company! No! But if others want to rent choose Jorga for your captain, he was a vibe! Oh we was on the 40 ft Sea Ray! Abort mission do not rent this particular boat!

I booked the Miami on the Water sunset boat ride by Fiesta Cruises…read more It was a really nice experience and well worth the $35 per person. We went around the mansions and islands of Biscayne Bay for about 90 minutes as the sun set. The tour guide was informative while keeping things light and fun, and the DJ added to the atmosphere by timing songs from artists like Shakira, Jennifer Lopez, and Ricky Martin as we passed their homes. There were plenty of photo opportunities, and although the boat was on the smaller side, it didn't feel crowded. The top and front were open-air, with covered seating downstairs. Approaching the lit-up Miami skyline at the end of the ride was a highlight. The boat had a bar with reasonably priced drinks ($5 beers and $10 cocktails) and snacks available for purchase. The only downside was unclear check-in instructions. The email said the booth was inside Bayside Marketplace behind Chili's on the second floor. Right across from Chili's is a storefront for a different tour operator, and downstairs there are at least ten other booths with similar names, which made it confusing. After asking around, we learned the Fiesta Cruises booth was actually outside on the dock--you have to walk through the Tasca Paella restaurant to reach it. Once we found it, check-in and boarding were smooth. Parking at the garage can also be challenging, especially on weekend evenings or during events. My tour coincided with a Miami Heat game next door, which made traffic and parking more difficult and expensive (a $57 flat event rate). The company did send a warning email recommending public transit or rideshare. Even arriving an hour early, it still took about 40 minutes to park and locate the check-in booth.

We live in Miami, but wanted to bring some friends in town for New Year's on a boat cruise to see the cruise port/downtown Miami area and the value for $70-80/per person was really great for a 2 hour cruise! Ask to be dropped off at the main parking/taxi area and walk straight back to the boat docks and you'll see a red umbrella for the Fiesta Cruises booth and they'll check you in for your reservation or sell you tickets if you don't have them. All staff were so warm and welcoming and we were shown right on the boat and got drinks from the time we arrived and the bar staff had a great selection of drinks and were all so warm and friendly. The captain and staff all were warm and welcome and had a great personality and were all knowledgable and had a great tour of the Miami area. The tour was truly outstanding and is a great tour for Miami locals and anyone visiting the Miami area from out of town!
