I've visited probably 5 times in the last few months. The service is incredible! They have redone the inside and it is a very pleasant atmosphere. I've never left disappointed with my service. Let me start by saying, all the ladies that work in this salon are SO nice. I have a salon I frequent in Greensboro, however, I live in Staley and work in Asheboro. I'm looking for a new salon closer to me. I checked out reviews and noticed this salon received great reviews. I gave them a call and was greeted by a very pleasant person (I believe it was the owner). I had no problems getting an appointment for the next day. When I showed up the next day I was pleasantly surprised at how new all their chairs and stations were. Again, all the ladies were so welcoming and nice. I had just finished a 12-hour shift and was looking forward to a "luxury" pedicure and a fill-in on my acrylics. I selected a medium priced pedicure that was to include a 10-12 minute hot stone massage...ooh la la! However, that is not what I got. I was glad to see that they use tub liners as i find them to be much more sanitary. The liner, however, seemed to be the downfall of my relaxing experience. The liner seemed too big for the tub causing it to get caught in the tub pump thingy and causing air pockets and water to overflow. My tech kept turning the pump off and messing with the liner. I never had an opportunity to just sit and soak in peace. I asked for my hangnails to be addressed and they were not. My right big toe still hurts. My toe nails were left pretty sharp on the edges so I had to file my toe nails down to keep them from cutting my toes. So disappointed! And, that was not the worst...my nail tech used a dremel (which I am very familiar with and have never had issues with) to sculpt my fill-in acrylic nails and cuticles. I left the salon with bloody cuticles. It's now 2-days post service and my cuticles still burn when I wash my hands. Bottom line, the service I received was lackluster and over priced. read more

Nah... this was the worst pedicure of my life. It took 2 hours first off... didn't sanitize ANY of the equipment that they used on my foot. On top of that I needed acrylic on one toe and she literally butchered it like how does my big toe with acrylic look worse than my real nail? It was so uneven. They didn't push back the cuticles at all and my nail was LITERALLY at a total slant. I am so pissed. They quoted me 33 on the phone for a gel pedicure then tried to charge me 51?? After I asked how the hell they got 51 turns out the gel pedicure was 43 plus 5 for my acrylic on one nail. So it was 48.... Like they just tried to finesse me. I'm just visiting in town and saw a good review and figured I would try... next time I need to do more research because I walked away fuming. My toes are so messed up im going to have to try another salon to see if they can fix this. read more
