Before Eden, I went to a different salon that gave me a botched, painful manicure, but I was able to schedule an appointment with Eden for the next morning. They removed the gel tips, were really gentle with my nails, and fitted the new ones with care. I was nervous because I'd never had gel tips before, but I love my nails now. It's been two weeks and they still look perfect. They're comfortable, pretty, and feel good on my fingers. If you're going to get your nails done, get them done here. I never leave bad reviews, but the rudeness of the two owners of this place exceeded any normal …read more I'd made a reservation for 10 AM and drove 15 min, but no one was at the store. when I called to ask why the owner Linh said it hadn't gone through because I hadn't pushed the final button finalize it, and that other customers had had the same problem. when I said I was disappointed at the website, which did not have any cues that the been accepted andhad appeared to allow me to make the appointment, She got angry, told me I couldn't blame her if I couldn't use a computer, and hung up. since I was in the mall, I stopped in to see if they could do a walk-in and they literally physically pushed me to the door, accusing me of making her late for all her with my previous call ( my phone showed that it was a two minute call and well before she opened ). A simple "sorry that happened" would have totally saved this fiasco. Even for private business, customer service requires the skills to be gracious, and that was sadly lacking. I am an ally of the clear community and prefer to patronize small women or businesses, but this one for sure is crossed off my list.

Also, the first time I went there my daughter came with me and she was happy with everything as well. She was in need of a whole charger and one of the techs let them use hers which I thought was very sweet and so not expected but I did appreciate it and so did she! Also, the first day I went in there a woman was sleep so I know she was feeling too good! They have a wide variety of colors, I'm not sure of how intricate they are with being able to do designs though. Now onto my nails, they do pretty good, I think the prices are just about what you will find in other places. The last time before last however I went and I wanted to get a French manicure but the guy said he couldn't do it without the top of my nail showing, but I wasn't using tips so I wasn't sure why that was, also my nail broke that same day but I went back a few days later and they fixed it for nothing! That is why I think this might be my new salon because they took care of me quickly with no issues and everyone in there seems nice, they start up conversation and I don't feel out of place there. There set up is also quite beautiful so I love going in there because of that as well and they have free wifi! One issue that I could see happenings is they have a small parking lot that's shared with other businesses, but I've never had a problem, so it hasn't bothered me. All in all I've had good experiences there, just need to find a solid tech that can take care of me regularly, but overall very happy with their services & hospitality and the prices don't bother me!

I was her first appointment of the day, I should have paid more attention to the nail work, but I didn't and didn't until my nails were painted and all the flaws were easily seen , puts a customer an awkward position, i'm just surprised that she let me walk out the door with my nails looking the way they did. So I decided just to deal with it and not go back. my nails are really bubbly and one side and the other side of my nail bed is super think like paper but they are very and even some of my nails don't match they all are different sizes I went back today to get my nail fixed, and ask them to fix the nails that were noticeably uneven and unstable. I was told I had to come back and see the nail tech that did my nails, which I felt was very unfair because that would be three days that I had to cons sit and get my nails done. I then basically begged the nail tech to at least fix the one that was incredibly think one one side and thick on the other . Unfortunately I will not be going back but here are some photos of the work that I got it. UPDATE : I Woke up to three text messages from mike , he was very professional and his main goal was to resolve my issue. He did provide me with different options in order to resolve my issues and make sure I was satisfied with the end goal, I will say I am more then satisfied with the way they handled it and even tho I am uncomfortable with going back I'm going to because mike has made it more comfortable, I changed my star rating because of how professional and print this was taken care of *** 2nd update : MIKE was amazing and my nails look AMAZING....
