I get a text from the owner at 10 am - "Can we come in 30? We're in the area." I said no, we are both at work. That won't work. Then I get a text 30 minutes later "I'm here" even though I told him we couldn't get home from work. So my fiance called him and he said they'd come back at the original time. They never showed up and again wasted my fiance's time. I texted asking what happened later that night and he said "You tell me what time you want us to be there." Uhmmm no. No acknowledgement of their MULTIPLE mistakes, no apology. Completely unprofessional and disrespectful of our time as working individuals. I won't act like I know how to run a business but I know they definitely don't. We will be using another cleaning service.
