The next week I developed shingles and again no SICK visits for days. went to ENT And he treated me but needed to see primary or neurologist . I go an appoint with neurologist but had to wait as a new patient. called Dr Carbral's office again on 7/27/26. earliest appointment 8/10. This is unacceptable as far as I'm concerned. I use to work for a large family practice and there were always sick appointments added if Dr felt the need. I guess this office is only good if you need to be seen for a non emergency. I'm leaving this practice and going to Stony Brook which will always find a sick appointment somewhere in their system. I guess this is why urgent care and ER's are packed. you can't get into Dr"s if god forbid you get sick
