Dr. Bashir's office knows how to work a schedule and my wait times are sometimes ZERO to longest wait 12min! They do it right! Doctor is very intelligent, he listens, he's helpful. He never gives you the results. The actual medical exam is non existent; instead the doctor ignores you while typing in all sorts of Maladies into your medical file. A well visit subsequently has complaints you never made such as difficulty breathing, chest pain. diabetes, etc resulting in receiving co pay bills from doctors you never saw. The office calls you on the pretense that your insurance company is requesting tests but will not tell you what and why the tests are being given and its just to bill for his own reimbursement. Horrible to see when you look at your insurance medical bills just what nonsense this doctor has submitted to them.

When we arrived at the office AT 5:00, it was closed. Not only is this super unprofessional, but it raises major concerns for this Medical Care establishment. Do you just deny patients when it's inconvenient for you? Do you just close early due to boredom? Do you not want to actually care for your patients? Genuine questions for hopefully a genuine medical professional that works at this establishment. The wait was a bit much but it was worth the wait. I understand the wait because, even at the end of the day, Kingston has the energy and motivation as if it were first thing in the morning. He DOES NOT try to get you "in and out." He will spend the time with you to go over any questions or concerns you may have. He even has a touch of humor with his patients. The doctors were nice but unfortunately their staff made it so unbearable that I had to completely switch primary care offices. My family were patients there for years and it's just sad to see how this has all been handled. I've had to jump through hoops to be given access to my own personal records. I don't even think the doctors realize what is going on in their own offices.

Desk staff super rude. Wait times are EXCESSIVE. Last time I went I sat in the waiting for for 45…read moreminutes (I had arrived 10 minutes prior to my appointment time). Then I was put into a room and waited for an HOUR! At around the 45 minute mark, I opened the door to the room and stood in the hallway. The staff asked what was wrong and I informed them that my appointment was for 11 30 and I haven't been seen yet (it was now 1245). I said I needed to get back to work. The staff rolled their eyes and made a comment about how doctors offices sometimes run behind. I ended up waiting another 15 minutes because they refused to refill my blood pressure prescriptions without seeing the doctor. At 1, I left, the front desk acted like I was the first person to complain about the terrible service. I told the girl to make sure my insurance wasn't charged. Fast forward a few weeks, they still charged my insurance AND sent me a bill for a no show fee. Had to call and spend another hour on the phone with them to correct it. They are the worst. And Dr. Frank who I had seen there prior, was not good. This review is already too long, but I don't need to go to a doctor to have her tell me I need to take my vitamins. Terrible bedside manner. Hope this place closes down. Never going back.
