She offered us options for different levels that varied by size (and the number of walls) and price. She visited our home and took measurements of the room and ultimately I trusted her instincts on what would and wouldn't work. We settled on a one-wall design that was created with the idea that we could always continue the mural on to the adjacent wall. We just came home from vacation to find the mural completed and we are THRILLED - it exceeded our expectations and now our son's room is the most fabulous room in the house! The mural looks amazing - so professional! It's everything we wanted and more! I'm trying to convince my husband that our other younger son needs some of Lauren's magic in his room as well! Mauna Loa is the heritage macadamia brand from Hawai'i, and it was an honor for us to work with Aaron to give back to the community that we are both a part of. Aaron is from Hilo, and worked with the local schools that he went to- Kamehameha Schools in creating the mural. We threw a Mauna Loa x Aaron Kai community event that was extremely well received, and our staff have commented on how the mural has lifted morale at the plant, as it is such a beautiful piece that everyone sees on their way to work. I am familiar with this brand's quality and fit. It is a "fan shirt" for a concert - so I wanted a feminine fit. What I picked up was unfortunately an XL in a different brand - it feels less quality that bella canvas, I'll have to get creative to make it fit how I imagined. I picked up on lunch in a rush and the concert is tomorrow. I'm gonna charge it to the game. A phone call asking for an alternative brand would have been appreciated. Secondly, there isnt really a nudge once complete. If I didn't call, there wasn't a way to know if it was ready for pick up.
