Our job was complex since we had a separate GC handling most of our home reno, but we did not like their drywall sub or their drywall pricing. So we needed to find someone else to handle a large chunk of the drywall. We knew when we met John that he was our guy. There were a couple instances where we needed to expand scope, and John's pricing was always fair.
