My dog is a very large dog and Emily is great with him. He has been shedding pretty bad and was just groomed today. When I picked him up, the extra hair was gone and his coat was so shiny and healthy looking. I have had my dogs groomed here for 10 years and they always do an amazing job. read more

The staff is great. They are very friendly and try to be accommodating. I was at wits end with my dog of 12 years and felt horrible having him put down and Tim was very comforting plus they sent a nice card giving condolences after. read more

took our 1 year old Cavapoo in for a trim. specifically said no poodle cut & his hair was about 7" long all over & I wanted it trimmed to 3". groomer was rude enough to say it doesn't look to her like I brush him everyday & when I picked him up it was a poodle cut! never go back there again & suggest no one go to Stephanie! read more

I used to work at the celna pet center back in 1997 or 98 I can't remember. I wish I would've done this year's ago. At the time I was afraid to lose my job so I kept my mouth shut. But now I have nothing to fear. What I'm about to say has played on my mind off and on since then. One day while grooming a cat the groomer had to sedate a cat I'm not sure if the owners knew about it or not but the groomer is the one who sedated and technically killed the cat who had to be rushed across the street to the vet to be resuscitated. I know for a fact the cat's owner were never told About the episode. Then on another occasion I had taken a dog from the kennel to the vet because the owners had requested That while the dog was being boarded they wanted him vaccinated. So I take the dog over there and Tim axe was the one Who took the dog from me and the dog began to struggle when Tim tried to put it up on top of the table. So in anger because the dog was struggling so hard Tim used the leash to literally swing the dog on top of the table. I was so horrified I just walked out went home and balled my eyes out because there was nothing I could do. So people be careful who you're in trusting your animals to. Oh and not to mention they double up during holidays. So you know how the little window divided the inside to the outside space well they would put little dogs on the inside space and big dogs on the outside space at any given time the big dog could have busted through the window and there would've been a bloodbath. So again be careful who you leave in your pets with these people don't deserve the recognition they get . I have nothing to gain from lying about any of this and I have no grievances other than the the way I have seen them treat the animals. read more
