Their drop off and pick up hours are very convenient to hit before or after work. When we pick them up they are always tired out from all of the doggie play. We can leave our dogs here when we go on trips and not feel guilty for leaving them behind. Daycare: we haven't used the daycare only services in a very long time but we did when our doggies were younger. With our first dog we would drop him off to play on days when we did group dog training in the evening. Getting out the rambunctiousness during the day helped him to focus more on training in the evening. We would also do the daycare in days when we were having people over in the evening. The dogs would be so worn out from playing earlier in the day and then when visitors came they weren't wired and jumping for guests attention.

However, they are very compassionate regarding animals. They were so sweet and caring to my kittens I've brought in. They explained the issues, and treatment, along with follow-ups. I will say their spay/neuter prices are steep, however they do give care to your pet while they recoup from their surgeries, unlike some of the cheaper places that use local anesthetic only, and send them out the door. Heidt doesn't do that, I've been impressed with their business for the last couple years, in fact, I've sent more people to go to them than my normal vet I use. If I could mske them my primary care place for my kitties, I would in a heartbeat. Just a wonderful place.

Everyone is usually helpful and willing to give you tips when you need them. I'm not the biggest fan of one of the docs but the rest are wonderful! Prices aren't awful but of course as with most things per related they aren't the cheapest either. Overall a good place and always very clean and welcoming to humans and animals alike.

I walked in after the finishing call and my dog looked about 100 times better!!! She used a deep conditioning treatment for my husky's severe dandruff and it worked like a charm! She also pointed out a minuscule bump on my dogs leg that I didn't notice. I've lost a dog to a cancerous tumor and I'm going to go and get it checked out thanks to her but I'm also so grateful for the awesome services these ladies are doing localthank you ladies!!!
