They stay up on new technology and methods of treatment. They are great on price, and meds are affordable. Most times waits are short. They offer a drive up window for med pick up. The office is always clean and was recently remodeled. The staff has a true love for animals. I just can say enough good about them. They have been our vet for over 20 years. I am so glad we found them, the vets we was going to could learn a lot from them.

However, they are very compassionate regarding animals. They were so sweet and caring to my kittens I've brought in. They explained the issues, and treatment, along with follow-ups. I will say their spay/neuter prices are steep, however they do give care to your pet while they recoup from their surgeries, unlike some of the cheaper places that use local anesthetic only, and send them out the door. Heidt doesn't do that, I've been impressed with their business for the last couple years, in fact, I've sent more people to go to them than my normal vet I use. If I could mske them my primary care place for my kitties, I would in a heartbeat. Just a wonderful place.
