I went in yesterday evening to see about having an Apple Watch fixed. I had been told that it would cost $25 to investigate the issue, which I was perfectly fine with, given the cost of a new watch. The employee there quickly looked over the watch, looked to see that there wouldn't be parts for it, and checked with his senior tech on whether it's worth pursuing. They ultimately told me it was not worth it and did NOT charge me! Had my screen "fixed" and it was cracked in the corner in less than two months with a protective case. My original glass was dropped mercilessly over the course of a year and 6 months before it cracked. Whatever they replaced my screen with, it was garbage AND cost me around $300. First, take off the mask if you can't breathe please! I couldn't understand what the employee was saying through his mask, worse, it seemed like he was really struggling to breath under there, sounded like he was having an asthma attack, no lie I had to say "what" like 10 times. I know there are shrieking Karens and Kevins all around us screaming about stupid masks that don't work but for real screw them! No one should suffer because some over-sensitive liberal thinks they are so special everyone should protect them regardless of the suffering it brings to others. Next, an employee shouldn't need 15 minutes to figure out a price, searching around on the computer turned up a 49 dollar repair and a 249 repair for the same iPad, well that's a big difference! After an additional 5 minutes on the phone he was able to come up with $249. Which is way to high for me. On top of the exuberant price and not being able to understand the poor guy struggling in the mask to get me a correct price, HE WANTED MY PASSWORD!!! Ummm no, I have been to three other shops and no one EVER needs your password to replace a screen. Sure you can check it out to make sure it works before you take it but PEOPLE ARE FOOLS IF THEY LEAVE THEIR PHONE AND PASSWORD WITH YOU! You can steal photos, videos, banking information, HELL NO! There is no reason to take a customers password and people are fools who give it! Lastly, the tech was out and the repair was going to take 3 hrs. The place at Reasors did it in 30 with NO PASSWORD. read more

We took a phone here within the last 3 months and got a screen repaired. Everything seemed great until a week ago when part of the screen quit responding touch. We went to a new store closer to home and upon a 2nd repair of the screen, it was discovered the originally replaced screen was missing screws and I would say not done correctly, causing the screen to not respond. I would expect more from a $75 repair and was disappointed in the parts/quality of the service. Not a great first experience here. read more

I first used Cell Phone Hospital when it first opened and it was a great experience. Not so much today. Starting with being called "Sir" when I entered the store, the clerk's mask under his nose more often than over, and the complete lack of confident information regarding repair of my Samsung or replacement. The clerk disappeared into the back room to determine the price of the repair, and I am still not sure if the exorbitant price was just the screen or the screen and the charging port. read more

The Google reviews on this place are much better than the Yelp ones, FYI. I came into cell phone hospital today for the 2nd time in 2 months, was helped by Malik, and had superb service. My phone was fixed within a few minutes, then he even showed me how to reset it myself. I highly recommend you come here for your phone fixing needs. I had just replaced my cracked iPhone screen in Los Angeles, where I live. The digitizer was acting up and something was loose inside but since I had come home for the holidays, I was unable to take it back that same shop. I saw the cell hospital by chance when I was driving by with my mother. The guys working there (may have been owners, I didn't ask their names but I should have) looked at my device right away. They tightened up the loose screws and were very honest about the damage that my phone had. They are extremely fair and competitive in pricing. (I would know, I've replaced my screen about 8-10 times just this year) I just wish they had a location in Hollywood so I could see them every have a problem. Thank you again guys read more

Very disappointed. My husband and I took his phone to get the screen repaired. 3 days later he had a hairline crack in the screen and when he went back to get them to fix it they did not. They say there is a 90 day warranty but this isn't true. The screen didn't even last a week. read more

So, while taking my phone off of power saving mode, I pressed too many buttons and it made a glitch and left a black portion of screen. I tried everything and couldnt get it to even power off due to the portion of the screen that had blacked out, I took it to verizon and they couldnt even do a hard reset on it for me (samsung galaxy s7, internal battery) ... so went to cell phone hospital and they held down the power and volume button and it restarted and screen went back to normal , no problem!! Took under 5 minutes!! So thankful!!! read more
