But the real test came when my phone spent too much time in a toilet bowl. It was completely fried. I didn't think there was any hope. No one--the Apple Store, Best Buy or Consumer Cellular would help. I took it to Nathan at Mr. Phone at 10:30 in the morning. I kept checking back and he kept saying he needed more time. He even sent his associate to a neighboring town to get a part. He just wouldn't give up! Finally, at 6:00 that evening I saw him outside of his store and he said, "I have very good news--we fixed your phone." I almost burst into tears! And it only cost $100. I said, "Are you sure?!" He said they don't take advantage of people. So...they had my phone ALL DAY, fixed an almost impossible fix and charged me a mere $100. I can't recommend them highly enough. And 2) They take your old batteries for recycling, at no charge. I like the business especially for reason 2. I had a big battery pack that needed to be recycled.
